PCD has better performance than other available cutting materials at elevated temperatures for its high hot hardness [7].
The abrasive friction between the tool materials and surface of the work-piece gradually lead to the tool wear.
With the continuous variations of the built-up edge, the materials of rake face are taken away gradually by these sticking materials.

Abstract.
Microstructure is very important to the properties of materials.
So study on the microstructure of materials is a forever task of scholar [1-3].
Many good microstructure of SiC ceramic materials were studied by scholars [1-7].
