He et al. further analyzed the factors affecting machining deformation of thin-walled parts in details and investigated the mechanisms of milling deformation, theories, and technologies of controlling deformation [8].
In fact, nominal cutting depth of the current cutting layer can be affected by the deformation of the previous layer.
In milling, every tooth of cutter will be affected by the cutting force which divided into three different directions: feeding force Ff , radial force Fv, and axial force Fp.
With the property recombining, the new generation can be formed to reflect the ideology of information interchanging. c) Mutation.

Titanium and its alloys find wide range of applications in aerospace, marine and automobile industries due to their excellent properties like high strength to weight ratio and good mechanical behaviour.
Introduction Titanium and its alloys are extensively used in the aeronautical, marine and chemical industries due to their intrinsic properties such as high specific strength, good oxidation and corrosion resistance [1].
Amongst the various materials currently employed, the Ti–6Al–4V alloy has found extensive applications due to its good mechanical properties and corrosion resistance.
The growth and morphology of coatings seems to be affected by both the duty cycle and pulse frequency as it can be manifested from the differences in their surface morphologies and thickness.
Generally, the corrosion resistance of the PEO coatings depends on many factors such as phase composition, surface morphology and thickness of the coatings.

Consequently, the main controlling factor for ductile cracking in the employed two-phase steel was found to be not growth of voids induced by larger inclusions, but nucleation of voids in softer phase (Ferrite phase) near Ferrite-Pearlite boudnary after large-scale plastic straining.
The strength heterogeneity between crystal grains with different phases could affect ductile cracking behavior through difference in stress and strain localization behaviors under various loading conditions.
Table 1 shows the chemical composition of the steel, and Table 2 lists its mechanical properties.

Fo is the collector heat gain factor.
If the optical properties of the SAH, (ta), are known, then Fo and UL can be determined.
The radiation received on the absorber plate and the air flow rate crossing the SAH affect the rise of air temperature as shown in Fig. 2.

Residual stress has a significant influence on mechanical strength of a manufactured part and is considered to be related with process parameters and grinding signals.
The extracted features in time domain included the mean value, root-mean-square (RMS), standard deviation (STD), skewness, kurtosis, peak-to-peak values and crest factor.
However, the generation of residual stress is affected by both grinding forces and heats.

The new technology and equipment taking safety, environmental protection and other factors into account, can improve the environment of workplace, eliminate production hidden safety problems.窗体底端 (3)In the new production processes, within which the lotion joins in using a closed loop system which equipped with filtration and Injecting equipment, the closed operations of outside washing, and painting is more scientific and reasonable.
Only control appropriate, to mist effect is remarkable, to achieve the ideal effect, otherwise, the wind speed is too small, no significant effect to remove the mist; the wind speed is too large, it will affect the paint quality.
Therefore, in operation, must be based on viscosity, operating pressure situation of mix well paint, to determine the extent of air-valve opening, can make the mist in the spray booth siphoned off as soon as possible without affecting the spray effect.
In summary, many factors affect the paint quality, but as long as the during operation, in every link, careful analysis, correct treatment, be overcome, we can implement optimized operation and to improve efficiency and achieve the ultimate goal of safe, stable, long, full, excellent production, optimal efficiency.

Some in vitro studies have investigated the factors that may affect fracture resistance of endodontically treated teeth restored with different post and core materials, crown designs, height of the ferrule and so on.
For last decades, increased demands for esthetic restoration and the long-term outstanding properties of dental ceramics have promoted great improvement of all-ceramic system [7,8].
The zirconia post and core present positive qualities, such as high strength to bending forces and appropriate optical properties.
Rosentritt stated that the physical and mechanical properties of zirconia posts could increase the strength of the tooth.
Discussion Considering the results obtained in this in vitro study, different ferrule defect modes affected the fracture resistance of the tested teeth.

The following questions arise: What is in fact the surface of a part and what are its properties?
What determines these properties?
Origins Surface roughness plays a decisive role in the properties and behaviour of parts in service.
Form errors may be caused by heat, low stiffness, poor adhesion of slideways, and other factors. [5] Figure 1 Surface component [5] Data Filtering System The surface roughness measurement system encompasses two processing stages.
It affects the measured values to a great extent.

Consequently, the heat-affected zone, wherein the metal properties undergo alteration due to rapid temperature changes, is confined to a small region surrounding the weld point.
Electrode pressure is also a determining factor in weld strength.
Moreover, the method provides excellent penetration and high mechanical strength in the welds.

Wind turbine blade is the core components of acceptance wind energy, Good design , reliable quality and superior performance directly affect the reliability of the wind turbine and the cost of the utilization of wind energy[2-4].Blade design is divided into aerodynamic design and structural design, and current domestic is most concentrated in the the blade aerodynamic optimization design[5,6].
Vortex theory think that there are two vortex zone in the blade tip and hub downstream for the finite length of blade, induced velocity and lift of blade induced by the free wake vortex, can be obtained by Biot-savar and kutta-Jowkowsk theory. 1.2 aerodynamic design parameters With 3MW Wind turbine blade design as an example,First, wind wheel diameter is determined by Eq.1 (1) P is Wind generator power, is air density, V is wind speed, Cp is Wind energy utilization factor, is mechanical transmission and generator efficiency.
Blade mechanical properties With the commercial finite element software, there can be analysis the mechanical properties of blade.
