Important role in the sustainable development of the built environment, reduction of pollution, conservation of natural resources and energy savings certainly has the entire civil engineering, especially construction materials industry [2].
Aggregates, in terms of volume, are the major component of concrete and may have significant effect on both engineering properties and the final cost of concrete mixture.
Many researchers have found that the ability of using ultrafine palm oil fuel ash as an efficient pozzolanic mineral admixture for the production of concrete with promisingly superior engineering properties and improving resistance to chloride ion penetration, acidic environment and sulfate attack [4, 22].
