Introduction In practical engineering, wastewater/sewerage discharges into a river from river bank or river bed, waste gas from chimney discharges into moving atmosphere, which usually diffuse in receiving water or atmosphere in the form of jet, buoyant jet and plume.

Thus, synthesis of manganese oxides on solid matrixes is attractive based on engineering applications and novel catalyst development for the oxidative decomposition of formaldehyde.
