Although the D peak intensity of this sample was lower than the other samples, its D peak intensity was still higher than its G peak intensity, suggesting the grain size of graphene was very small, because D peak intensity is inversely proportional to the crystallite size [11, 12].
The number and size of the islands on the sample surface continuously increased with the growth time as shown in Fig. 3(d and e).
