Introduction The researches and applications of AC servo system are more and more used in NC machine, industrial robot, large scale integrated circuit manufacturing, manned spacecraft and such high-tech fields[1], the speed of spreading and application of it is rather rapid, and already widely used in military[2], metallurgy, power, railway, transportation, chemical industry, civil use and such various fields.
