According to Metallic Materials-unified Method of Test for Determination of Quasistatic Fracture Toughness (GB / T 21143-2007) and Metallic Materials-determination of Plane-strain Fracture Toughness (GB 4161-2007), which are test standards in Chinese, Q460C(14mm at thick) steel’s three point bending (TPB) test was carried out under 5 temperature points containing respectively -60 °C, -40 °C, -20 °C, 0 °C and +20 °C.
