The effects of two different materials of friction pairs on the wear properties of silver-copper alloy wire were analyzed and compared with each other.
This indicated that the friction pairs of elastic-plastic materials which have similar chemical properties and good miscibility are more susceptible to adhesive wear.

It can be known from the knowledge of cantilever beam's bending deformation in the book called ‘Strength of Materials’ that:
According to the knowledge of the book called ‘Strength of Materials’, it is known that the moment of inertia of the equivalent model I is relative to its outer diameter D and its wall thickness.
Fig.7 Cross section of bending model Combined with the flexible characteristic of robot's snake-like body and compared with engineering materials commonly used, the material of mechanical model can be assumed as silica gel, the elastic modulus value E of which is 2.14MPa.

Such
stresses can cause plastic deformation and cracking near interface and affect the mechanical integrity
of the bonded materials.
In order to reduce the residual stresses and the singular stresses field, many studies on the material combinations and the method of joining of bonded materials have been conducted theoretically and experimentally [2-3].
In this study, all the materials were assumed to be isotropic, linear elastic and plastic.
The X-ray method is one of the recommended nondestructive methods for measurement of residual stress in materials and has been widely applied [7].
