Many factors affect the DLC coating performance such as hydrogen content [1], humidity [2] or element doping [3,4].
The doping of DLC with different metals (Ti, Fe, Mo) leads to the changes in the mechanical properties (lower stress, improved adhesion) and tribological properties (lower friction coefficient).
Results and Discussion Tribological properties of CNT doped DLC films.
Another factor affecting the scratch process is the weight percentage in CNTs.
For mechanical and tribological properties, the addition of CNTs during deposition increases ID/IG ratio and reduces friction coefficient and critical load.

The experimental matrix and regime factors of hot-pressing are in correlation with thicknesses of boards.
The MDF thickness has significant effect on its exploitation behavior and properties.
The above presented data clearly shows the actuality of this study aiming to establishing the effect of MDF thickness on its physical and mechanical properties.
The effect of MDF thickness on properties of boards is analyzed by deducing the approximating function using the least square method.
Analyses and Discussion The results of MDF properties at different experimental plan points are presented in Table 3.

The solid continuum has different mechanical properties for each of discrete element.
It was found that any of the factors is negligible.
These factors are subsequently changed (due to the Monte Carlo method) according to a given distribution.
Export of the Mesh with Material Properties of each Element.

There are some other factors that should be considered in anticipating the behavior of materials for folding bicycle.
Figs 4 and 5 show the factors (primary and anticipated respectively) those should be considered in design of folding bicycle frame.
The figures also showed clearly about the factors that affect the behavior of materials in folding bicycle frame design.

In copper-graphene composites, graphene’s ability to improve mechanical and thermal properties has been the subject of numerous studies [4].
This aligns with findings from previous research that identified particle agglomeration and voids as major factors reducing thermal performance in metal-graphene composites [11].
Pure copper serves as the baseline for comparison due to its well-known mechanical and thermal properties.
While copper is an excellent conductor of heat and electricity, its mechanical properties, such as tensile strength and hardness, are relatively modest [16].
At 1.0% graphene, the mechanical and thermal properties begin to decline.

Seam welds modeling and mechanical properties prediction
in the extrusion of AA6082 alloy
L.
This could lead some author to consider Pm as the only parameter affecting the weld formation.
Process speed is known to be another important parameter affecting the weld quality.
Dynamic properties.
The relationship between welding conditions and mechanical properties of the extruded profiles has been analyzed.

The formula gives the vehicle traction, analyzes the factors that affect vehicle traction and proposes an effective method to improve vehicle traction.
Many mechanical engineering job object is the soil, so construction machinery and ground is a natural continuum.
With the development of technology, people are increasingly demanding high performance machine, the safety factor under the cover of many unknown factors gradually prominent role, forcing people to go in-depth study of the interaction process and the relationship between the vehicle and the ground[2,3,5].
Vehicle maximum traction when driving on soft ground can be generated by the tangential shear strength limit soil shear properties of soil is therefore important characteristics of the vehicle in the soft ground by nature[1].
Epilogue This paper outlines the mechanical properties of the soil and the soil on the shear stress and strain relations; were calculated traction tracked vehicles and wheeled vehicles, the calculating method of traction, traction deduced formulas, but also for Factors that affect vehicle traction are described in detail; finally proposed to improve the traction method.

However, these properties have not been taken into account in predicting the mechanical properties in FEM studies.
The physical and mechanical properties of the PA12-CF filament are given in Table 1.
Table 3 gives the FFF factors that were studied and their levels.
On the other hand, the thermo-mechanical approach takes into account the temperature and stress conditions of the printing process and how they affect the material’s microstructure and properties.
The influence of residual stress on the flexural strength of FFF parts is complex and is dependent on various factors.

The quality question of deep cavity shell was the wall thickness, its influence factors, together with the product structure, die-structure, technology and other factors.
To solve this question, we should consider the integrate impact of molding process, mold and other factors, to enable the best combination of all factors.
The molding temperature depends on the characteristic of plastic, the size and properties of the product and so on.
In the common condition, for the products with high viscosity, thin wall thickness, long process, high precision and complex shapes, to ensure the mechanical properties and dimensional accuracy, the injection pressure need high.
Equipment factors According to the plastic properties to choose the screw type have single head, full thread, offset, low compression, tapered screw, and the aspect ratio is 14-20.
