Introduction
Energy conservation and emission reduction is one of the basic state policies in China.Heating, Ventilating and Air Conditioning (HVAC)[1],as the high energy consumption equipment,is widely used in scientific research and production work.It is workers’ duties and obligations to search a better method about air conditioning energy saving.According the existing equipment,climate condition of territory of use and economical efficiency,design and transform a set of equipment,which takes advantage of the natural air cooling in winter and replaces the former refrigerating unit .As a result,the replacement reduces the service time of unit cooler ,decreases the energy consumption,prolong the working life of equipments ,and save considerable cost.
Analysis of Main Equipments’ Energy Consumption and Energy Saving Performance Before transformation,the WCFX12A0 refrigerating unit keeps working,its main equipments’ energy consumption as follow:totally enclosed type screw compressor-11Kw,cooling tower fan-5Kw ,cooling water pump-5.5Kw,chilled water pump-11Kw,energy dissipation per hour is 131.5Kw.h.After transformation,the energy dissipation is 11Kw when the cooling water pump is opened merely,which reduce the expenditure of energy tremendously.In real work,the working time of using air cooler to replace the refrigeration compressor to supply cooling capacity is about 1560 hours,which saves electric energy 187980Kw.h.According to the difference between the former and later unit,workers did a series of detailed comparison based on the data statistics,the mean parameters as follow: Table.2 Energy consumption of cooling correlation table of air-cooled cooler and refrigeration compressor Air-cooled cooler Refrigeration compressor New

When ferric stearate was added, there was a reduction peak of ferrocene appeared only in 0.263V.The results showed that ferric stearate inhibited the redox ability of ferrocene and NiDBC.
