Developmentand utilization of urban underground space is a systems engineering involves many factors, adhere to planning considering mass transit rail transportation, underground parking facilities, the people's air defense projects, municipal pipeline engineering, production and storage facilities, public facilities and services as well as the functional requirements of urban disaster prevention andmitigation, considering ground nature of the land use and building features, may only do so on theground of underground coordination, cross-system.
Make full use of existing underground civil air defense projects for urban underground space development.
Has a history of decades of China's civil air defense project construction, the major construction of small and medium-sized cities has a lot of civil air defense works, spend a lot of money has made great achievements.
Some cities transform to the quite partial civil air defense project usually can perform the use the underground construction, has obtained the good economic efficiency, is worth profiting from.
