Preface The development of materials is at the heart of technological needs and the forefront of technology research.
During constantly updated of new materials research, the development of traditional materials has entered a bottleneck period, which should pay more attention to the functionality and innovation.
This proceedings aims to collect latest papers of new materials research achievements involving metallic materials, materials for energy storage and energy conversion, nano functional materials, ceramic-based materials, advanced cementitious materials, pavement materials, concrete materials, etc.
The proceedings would appeal to researchers who work on new materials study, readers could find a wide range of topics in the new materials field.
