The critical properties are; the powder chemistry, flow ability, packing density, and the absence of porosity.
Such a system allows for the industrial scale manufacturing of spherical powders which exhibit controlled chemistry, controlled oxygen level, high flow ability and high density.
The development of such materials offers the possibility to develop new parts with specific structure or mechanical properties and could allow more important reduction of the cost of manufactured parts. 3.
These chemical reactions are controlled by the operating plasma conditions (power, chemistry) and the residence time in high temperature zone.
Tekna’s plasma technology offers a unique process which allows to control in the same time the morphology, the size and the chemistry of the powder produced. 4.

The chemistry of geopolymers is very complex and their characterization is even more complicated, due to their highly disordered heterogeneous structure.
Nuclear Magnetic Resonance (NMR) studies of the geopolymers have been used to verify the gel structure and chemistry.
FTIR analyses not only produced interesting and valuable information related to the structure, chemistry and nature of bonding in the starting materials and geopolymers, but it also suggested a simple technique for the and mechanism of geopolymerization.
The chemistry of geopolymers circulates around the position, intensity and peak area of a broad peak around 1000 cm-1 termed as main peak.

It is the key that coal structure model is chosen and established for this way.
Quantum Chemical Theory Quantum chemistry is a subject that study electronic structures, molecular interactions and chemical reactions in chemical system by quantum mechanic.
Modern quantum chemistry contains mainly two theories, molecular orbital theory and density function theory [3,4].
Molecular orbital theory is the backbone of addressing molecular structures by quantum mechanic.

In 1987, Noble prize in chemistry was awarded to American scholars who work on big ring polyether chemistry.
It is a certain function physical chemistry process in which the hosts bind alternatively to the guests.
The obtained geometry structures were given in Fig. 1.
So, the above four groups formed a four-gears-tweezers structures in space.
