Abstract.
This paper applies co-evolutionary algorithm to the optimization of the three engineering project objectives.
3 The optimization process of Engineering project period, cost and quality 3.1 The self fitness evaluation of engineering projects objectives (1) The self fitness evaluation of sub-goals The paper uses fitness assignment method propoded by Zitzler to determine the individual fitness, and using external set keeps the optimal solution[2].
The populationis randomly divided into two progeny populations and which are mutated to preserve the population diversity. 4 Engineering project From a practical point of view to co-evolutionary algorithm to solve multi-objective optimization problems the project process, the paper combined with an instance of an engineering project to optimize multi-objective optimization for collaborative analysis.

Abstract.
Reverse engineer of the 3D Reverse engineering is also known as reverse modeling engineering.
Reverse engineering including scanning, software, and inverse operation.
The traditional product realization is usually from conceptual design to pattern, and then creates a product, which is called forward engineering.
Most research on reverse engineering technology and applications have focused on physical reverse engineering, that the physical reconstruction of CAM products and final product manufacturing model [6].

Introduction Reinforced concrete slab is such structural member that is the most widely used in civil engineering structures and reinforced concrete slab design is the basis for the design of civil engineering structures.
So domestic and foreign academics and engineers have given an important concern [1-5] and many scholars and engineers have also achieved a lot of very valuable research on their concern [6-9].
