Introduction Pulse electron beams are applied in development of radiation technologies (a rating of powerful gas lasers, formation of impulses of the microwave oven and x-ray radiation, plasma chemistry, purification of gases, sterilization of sewage, etc).
Modifications create certain requirements on conditions at which there is an interaction of a pulse electron beam to gas (pressure, temperature and structure of environment of interaction), and on a drift pipe (material of walls, geometrical sizes, diagnostics elements).
Advantages of a pulse plasmochemical method of synthesis of nanodimensional powders of oxides of metals: low specific energy consumption to 0.02 eV by molecule, potentially low prime cost of nanopowders, possibility to perform reactions at the room temperature and in one stage, universality of technology and the equipment for synthesing various oxides, high purity of the synthesized product - purity is limited only by purity of initial raw materials, synthesing ultrapure products (purity on a basic element of 99.99 – 99.99999%), a variation of parameters of synthesized product – the size (20-200 nanometers), a form of particles, chemical purity, phase structure (for TiO2 and composite powders), the high expected specific efficiency of the equipment (scores kg/h of a ready-made product, for trial installation) is possible [4].

A complementary approach is to develop homogeneous model systems, not only to gain understanding of the chromium-centred chemistry of the supported systems, but also to advance chromium olefin polymerization catalysis into an era of well-defined, single-site catalysts [1].
The substituents in ligands have a great influence on the structure and catalytic activity of complexes.
Effect of the electronic effect of fluoro substituents on the catalytic behavior It is well known that the coordination environment of ligands can significantly affect the catalytic behaviors of complexes, i.e., the catalyst activities and polymer properties can effectively be tuned by the ligand structures and properties.

From a structure view of BF3-anisole, there are six electrons in the SP2 hybrid orbital for boron atom and the rest P orbital which is square across the three SP2 hybrid orbital is vacant, while the oxygen atom could supply line pair electrons and forms covalent bond with boron atom, stable structure of eight electrons which is similar to SP3 hybrid orbital is therefore generated.

The influence of mechanical disturbance of human activities, such as destroying forests, drying wetlands, stripping sod, and urban construction, on the permafrost degradation have been intensively investigate; but the effect of leachates from industrial waste on soil properties and its physical chemistry processes on permafrost degradation are often overlooked.
And the contaminants migration into the frozen soil leads to depression of freeing temperature, increase of unfrozen water content, and decrease of bearing capacity of frozen ground, and affect on the stability of structure.
If the freezing depth increases with the maximum thaw depth as the result of the salt contamination, the frost action on the structure would be enhanced.

As we know, the triglyceride structure of vegetable oils provides qualities desirable in a lubricant.
Thus, based on the XPS analysis in the present study, the NRO additive, in the molecules of which nitrogen was chemically bonded into the triglyceride structure of rapeseed oil, could also strongly adsorb onto the friction surfaces due to the long and polar molecular origin of rapeseed oil.

Morphology analysis of the polymer electrolyte membrane using the scanning electron microscopy (SEM) was very important to investigate the compatibility of the mixture [14], membrane micro porous structure which favors for the transmission of lithium ions [15].
This reaction would continue until the ends of the molecular chains reached or, due to structure or other factors, a limiting stage was reached to which may be the carbonization end point [19].

Summary In this study, the PAN and the TPU were used to prepare composite nanofibers films with different structures by using three different composite methods.
Considering most of current researches are focused on mixed spinning and there is no research on multilayer superposition spinning, our future work is to try to study the sandwich structure of superposition spinning method and explore the most appropriate superposition and sandwich mode.
