Conventional
diamond burs used for grinding operations, with its head made of diamond particles embedded into
nickel coating and its shank made of stainless steel, have a number of problems associated with
heterogeneity of the crystallites, decreased cutting efficiency, need for repeated sterilization and short
life [1].
The basic limitation of the process is that diamond grains adhere to the tool surface only by mechanical interlocking with a nickel layer.

The number density of the white phase was significantly reduced and the size is larger than that of the alloy without the addition of Ni, as indicated in Fig. 1b.
High volume fraction of γ´ precipitates, high population oxide dispersion and fine-grained microstructure are responsible for the increase of internal stress, leading to the propagation of cracks [14-15].

A number of methods have been developed for the synthesis of CuS nanostructures including a hydrothermal route, organogel, hydrogelassisted synthesis, template free chemical route, microemulsions route, precursor decomposition route, solid-state reaction route, sonochemical synthesis, non-aqueous solution process, pickering emulsion route, microwave irradiation techniques, pyrolysis of single source precursors and so on.
Fig. 1a) XRD pattern of CuS nanorods b) gold coated on CuS nanorods The average particle size from the most intense peak was estimated to be 30 nm using the Debye-Scherrer formula [15]: D = kλ/βcosθ (1) where D is the mean grain size, k is a geometric factor, λ is the X-ray wavelength, β is the FWHM of diffraction peak and θ is the diffraction angle.

Large number (more than 200) of indents was performed on each sample.
In the SEM image of the composites single nc-TiC particles dispersed at the boundaries and inside the grains of 316L steel, and irregularly dispersed aggregates of TiC appeared.

This paper proposes the following three aspect improvements by inspecting a large number of documents and information.
According to their role in the strengthening mechanism of steel, common alloying elements can be divided into: solid solution strengthening element(Mn, Si, Al, Cr, Ni, Mo, Cu); grain refinement element(Al, Nb, V, Ti, N); precipitation hardening element(Nb, V, Ti); and phase transformation strengthening element(Mn, Si, Mo).
