Results and Discussion Micro-structure Figure 1 showed the precursor NH4FePO4·H2O and SEM photograph of synthetic samples A and B, as shown, precursor took the shape of a ball shape comparison rules (a), the LiFePO4/C sample (b) base was the size of spherical and granular good agreement, with an average diameter of 1μm, pure phase LiFePO4 samples(c) rules of poor appearance, and consistency of the larger particles was not good, there was aggregation.Compared with other studies, the size of synthesized material granularity was small in this experiment, carbon can well wrapped in LiFePO4 surface , and inhibited during the sintering process LiFePO4 grain growth, and it could be relatively small particle size and more uniform distribution of LiFePO4/C materials.
Electrochemical properties Figure 4 showed the experimental samples A and B at room temperature to 0.2C charge and discharge rate performance curve for the first time.It can be seen, both LiFePO4 material had better charge and discharge platform, charging platform was about 3.5V, discharge plateau was about 3.4V , the initial discharge capacity of pure LiFePO4 were 116.2mAh/g, 108.2mAh/g, LiFePO4/C ratio of the first charge and discharge capacity were 151.9mAh/g, 144.6mAh/g, the first charge-discharge efficiency were 93.1%, 95.2%.Sample A under different rate discharge capacity with cycle number of changes shown in Figure 5.Given: 0.2C discharge at 20 cycles, the discharge capacity of 134.7mAh/g, decreased 9.5mAh/g; 10C discharge rate, the loop 20 times, the discharge capacity decreased by about 12mAh/g, a 8.76% capacity fade.

When the capability of forging equipment is fixed, and the width of the flat anvil with the blank thickness ratio of 0.5, FPE can be satisfied; both the ratio is less than 0.5, the central coarse grains are not often fully broken, and because of the large metal surface layer deformation, the small inner deformation, it is easy to cause tensile stress in the center, in severe cases it can cause blank internal cracks and defects such as depression to be happened.

Thus, given a set of light-paths that need to be established on the network, and given a constraint on the number of wavelengths, we need to determine the routes over which these light-paths should be set up and also determine the wavelength that should be assigned to these light-paths [4].
