The average grain size for the three materials are 5-8µm, 15-20µm and 8-10µm, respectively.
SEM observation of the crater surface has shown that the basic fracture mode was transgranular, consistent with observations by Hooper and Brookes [6], where fractography studies showed that fracture occurs through the primary particles and across the interparticular bridges in a number of aggregates of cubic boron nitride and of diamond.

Table 1 The syntax and semantics of Constructor Syntax Semantics Instance Atomic concept Top concept Bottom concept Atomic concept Concept negation Concept disjunction Concept conjunction Existential quantification Value restriction In addition, DLs have other concept constructors, such as number restrictions , where , and role constructors, such as inverse, transitive closure, complement, intersection, union and composition.
Different constructors support different grain semantics of product information.

The sintered materials were polished successively with water sandpaper numbers 220, 400, 600, 1000, 1200 and 1500, using a polishing machine (Aerotec).
Figure 6c shows that it is not possible to distinguish neither grains nor necks because it was formed a glassy phase, which was confirmed by XRD.

The structure of the superlattice films is represented by [(PZO)1.5h /(PTO)1h]3 , where 3 is the number of (PZO)1.5h/(PTO)1h layers.
These have proved that the composite film has the intact crystalline morphology, even the grain boundary can not be detected in the range of SEM image.

This method has a number of potential advantages [12]: (i) a high homogeneity of reactants can be achieved, (ii) the required composition for the ceramic formation can be adjusted by solution processes, and (iii) the precursor can undergo low-temperature decomposition, enabling ceramic formation under milder conditions than those used in conventional techniques.
Furthermore, the diffraction peaks of carbides become narrower, indicating the growth of the grain size.

Introduction For the last decades there are a number of research teams who have been trying to develop biocompatible materials with unique properties for applications in a variety of biomaterial fields.
Co-precipitation and sol-gel method are generally preferred because they offer several advantages including the control of crystallinity, grain/crystal size, shape, morphology, stoichiometry, and interfacial properties to achieve good homogeneity [5], what is very important for ceramic materials designed to be utilized in orthopedic and dental applications.
