The effects of baseline magnetization on the preparation efficiency and properties of wire saw were analyzed by Scanning electron microscope, Element determination, X-ray diffraction, microscope and Gauss meter.
The force condition of the abrasive particle is analyzed, and the formation process and influencing factors of the effective abrasive particle are studied.
The uncoated diamond particles move to the baseline surface through factors such as sedimentation or liquid flow.
The pre coated diamond particles move to the baseline surface through factors such as sedimentation or liquid flow.

By utilizing a mechanical peel-off process, a Ni layer with tailored mechanical stress is
peeled off such that also a thin layer of 4H-SiC is teared apart from the wafer as well.
1.
When the system is in a steady state condition, this crack will propagate parallel to the surface at some specific depth as soon as the stress intensity factor KII reaches zero which in turn also defines the theoretical thickness of the spalled layer [11].Sample preparation.
Varying the etching time impacts both the degree of porosification and the etched depth which in turn also affects the adhesion of the Ni layer to the wafer surface (anchor effect).
With all the samples tested, it is important to use a handle layer with an appropriate peeling strength and to use a ramp setup where the cylinder with its properties can exert enough force to the SiC sample surface to initiate controlled spalling with the sticky tape.
Additionally, further investigations on removing the Ni stressor layer will be required once the process is better understood so that the devices produced from the spalled films are not affected. 5.

The appropriate mechanical properties of coating surface were expected in all of engineering application.
However, different features of the microstructure, for example, solid-solution phase distribution, and matrix size, conduct to the increasing of mechanical properties, are dependent upon the coating condition [8].

Introduction
Commercial sand casting magnesium alloys containing aluminium offer an excellent combination of mechanical properties and corrosion resistance, but these alloys have poor properties at elevated temperature (~120°C) [1].
In the literature, however, almost no data are available on the thermal properties of the Mg-Al-Sr and Mg-Al-Ca-Sr alloys.
Changes in the chemical and phase composition of alloys have a profound influence on the thermal properties.
The investigation showed that the values of these properties are sensitive on the chemical composition and microstructure of the alloys.
Based on results obtained in this paper, the main factor affecting the thermal diffusivity of Mg-9Al-1Zn, Mg-6Al-2Sr, Mg-9Al-1.5Ca-0.3Sr and Mg-9Al-2.2Ca-0.8Sr alloys is Mg17Al12 phase content in microstructure.

Investigation on the rheological properties of the new polymer-based carrying fluids (without abrasive) is discussed in this paper.
With a plentiful supply of particles and hence cutting edges, the effectiveness of the process is not affected by the failure of a few cutting edges.
Viscosity vesus Shear rate The rheological properties (viscosity, 1 st and 2nd normal stress differences) of the carrying fluids are measured with a rotational rheometer (Anton Paar GmbH) [4].

The orderly color identification could prove the importance of people’s life and property in a best way.
The coordination refers to two conditions, one is the horizontal coordination among subsystems and the other is the vertical coordination with time factor.
I had proposed to define the resource, energy resources, material, weather, temperature, politics, economy, culture, science & technology, mental factors as the control variable; also define the lightness, color phase and chroma of color as the state variable in 1992.
Economy As to the color of materials putting into use, it may be affected by the light, oxygen, heat, dust, static, freeze thawing and its own chemical change, people have to invest in color renewal.
Moreover, it concerns about the information, decision and management on the basis of integrity of the factors mentioned above.

Therefore, the reformer element can be seen as a preliminary filter for contaminants before the electrodes are affected.
Due to the relatively slow start up (>24 h) and issues relating to electrolyte management and mechanical stresses, it is ideally suited for stationary applications for base-load generation.
Efforts to decrease the dependence on fossil fuels and to increase the security of energy supply are also important factors promoting the use of alternative energy sources.
Nevertheless, their properties are undoubtedly beneficial towards a rationalization of energy supply, privileging small-scale, localized power generation, high efficiency and low waste, making the most of renewables and adaptable to various kinds of transitional fuels.
It is to be seen which external factor will determine their ultimate deployment and success: a socio-environmental crisis or government support and enforcement.

Special alloys, like nickel based alloys and titanium based alloys are difficult to machine especially due to the inherent characteristic of retaining good mechanical properties at high temperatures.
Resistance to wear and chemical inertness are two properties that affect the life of the tool.
Microstructure is an important parameter in controlling the wear of the blade: controlled microstructures and finer carbide size give better mechanical properties as can be seen from a first analysis in Figure 1 and Figure 2.
The factors responsible for the variety of grades available are the different WC powders employed, the composition and the amount of metallic binder and the amount and type of inhibitor of grain growth (Fig. 3).
