While we shouldn’t deal with sealing pile on the north side of house, and we should force north of the house settle by the heaped method and soil water immersion stress release method, at the same time for building settlement observation.
The scheme of the heaped method and soil water immersion stress release method: Due to the foundation filling are lager compressibility, So, we can force north of the house settle by the heaped method and settlement observation at the same time, If the house north of ground subsidence don’t reached the design requirements, it can use soil water immersion stress release method to consummate the scheme.
The construction principle: The scheme of the heaped method is in the side of the building settlement smaller stack to increase the additional stress of the side, then increasing the foundation settlement, So as to gradually adjust the houses on both sides of the differential settlement, soil water immersion stress release method excavate a horizontal channel and infuse water according to the requirement of the design on side of the smaller settlement, reducing the foundation bearing capacity, result in settlement increase by load pressure, so as to achieve housing rectification requirements.
In addition, Design units should also entrust to have the corresponding qualifications of professional measuring precision levelling and tilt measurements on a regular basis, On the one hand for checking before settlement of two groups of measuring data, On the other hand to have a better idea of lean back of building.

ERDAS IMAGINE is a remote sensing image processing system developed by the United States. The paper using ERDAS to classified the remote sensing of Land-sat TM image data by supervised classification method and unsupervised classification method, Using the Yushu City remote sensing image of Jilin Province as the trial data, and classified the forest, arable land and water from the remote sensing images, compared the test data of the supervised classification and unsupervised classification method, shows that the supervised classification method can be better to solute the questions "with the spectrum of foreign body" and "synonyms spectrum" than unsupervised classification method, and optimize classification images, improved information extraction accuracy.
Remote sensing image analysis is an advanced stage for remote sensing image processing, ,and makes the feature extraction from the remote sensing image information on Earth's surface and its environment, using acquired characteristics to classify and identify the image information to the actual surface features, extract the required surface features information, whether professional, dynamic changes in forecast or production of thematic maps and establishment remote sensing database, the classification is needed.
The original remote sensing data B.The Experiment of Remote sensing image classification According to the actual use of the study area, the experiment is divided into the following three categories: Water: including ponds, artificial lakes, rivers, etc.; Bare ground: including mountains, deserts, neighborhoods, etc.; arable land: including agricultural land, farm and orchard land, etc.; 1.Unsupervised classification: According to the experimental requirements, assume the first initial parameters, by the pre-classification to form the clusters, the statistical parameters of clusters to adjust the parameters of prefabricated, and then gather in class once again, then adjust, until the parameters reach the allowed range far.

Initial design of the inductor supposed induction heating by a three-turn, water-cooled copper induction coil with the dimensions and arrangement according to Fig. 1b.
An axisymmetric model (Fig. 2) consisting of the model of the tube, flange, brazing alloy, water-cooled induction coil and surrounding air was developed for numerical simulation of induction heating.
The initial phase of induction heating design considers the application of a three-turn water cooled copper coil.

The paper puts forward automatically generating method for three-dimension virtual model of buoy based on S-57 chart data (AGM for short), and describes extraction and analysis of buoy data from S-57 chart data, automatically generation of three-dimension buoy model and the flashing animation of buoy light quality in detail, and finally gives the experimental data and results. 1 Introduction Buoy is a navigational aid which is set for helping ships to navigate on the specific water area, and also is an important component of the safety of marine traffic and the significant measure of keeping marine transportation fluently.
The development of buoy is of great significance to our country’s water transportation, ocean resource development, offshore fishery, national defense construction and safeguarding national sovereignty.
Whether model is good or not and professional or not, will directly affect the results of running, the fidelity of scene and navigation efficiency.
Such as one kind of light quality of security water buoy is: white, isophase, period of 4s, so we can know the buoy specific flashing rhythm is light 2s and shade 2s in one cycle.

., Graham and other experts (2002) chose two groups as the check sample, one of which consists of merged enterprises while the other consists of enterprises which are developed into diversified enterprises from professional enterprises.
Eleven hydropower enterprises (mainly engaged in hydropower business) listed by the end of 2003 are chosen, including nine in Shanghai Stock Exchange (Mingxing Electric Power, Three Gorges Water Conservancy and Electric Power, Minjiang Hydropower, Guigua Electric Power, Qianjiang Water Resources Development, Guidong Electric Power, Xichang Electric Power, Leshan Electric Power and Changjiang Electric Power) and two in Shenzhen Stock Exchange (Mindong Electric Power and Shaoneng Group).
The performance of highly-diversified enterprises such as Shaoneng Corporation and Qianjiang Water Resources Development was not greatly promoted or improved.

.: • what type of response to the crisis should be chosen,, with which staff representation on what area at what time, • what is the expected workload of emergency responders, • how looks the demand for services in different areas and what is the expected demand, • what level of service should provide fire unit within each rescue area, • comply arrival times of each fire station. [2] Risk assessment A fire risk assessment traditionally consists of an analysis based on six key elements: fire flow (water), probability, consequence, occupancy risk, demand zones, and community profile.
Currently, they are profiled quick and effective technical assistance in emergency situations (accidents, technical interventions, fires and at heights above free depth, causes on the water) in the most countries.
Community hazards/risks examples [2] Community hazards/risks examples Property Life Critical infrastructue Construction date Demographics Agriculture and Food Building materials Socio-economic status Water Sprinklers present Population distribution Public health Buildig type Populattion density Emergency service Matching Resources to Risk Following a community hazard/risk assessment, fire service leaders prepare a plan for timely and sufficient coverage of all hazards and the adverse risk events that occur.
The price of labor in professional fire department is so high that the price of firefighting equipment is negligible.

Especially the data collection is difficult, making model is complex, it will take a lot of time and energy of professional personnel, so the architector and user urgently need to build an easy evaluation tool.
(4)The green building evaluation system should consider several following aspects: (a)in the process of building constructing and using, the effective protection of the environment is mainly by adjusting the mode of using energy to reduce the pollution of air, land and water, and improve the quality of the environment; (b)Natural resources should be used carefully.
By providing durable and adjustable buildings, it choose the materials and products with good environment quality; it should advocate building repeat using and water conservation and reuse, etc.; (5)It should reduce the using of harmful substance, and provides high quality built environment and indoor environment, ensure the comfort degree and health degree of user; It should reduce the equipment system’s initial investment and long term operation cost; It should use the renewable resources and reduce the dependence of the non-renewable resources.
For example, if it does not firstly analyze the energy consumption, land, water, and materials, then it is impossible to evaluate the usage of resource.

Basic knowledge of polymer materials With oil, coal, natural gas, water, air and salt as raw materials, the low molecular material monomer is prepared (such as ethylene, vinyl chloride, formaldehyde etc.).
(7)Good water and moisture resistance Most polymer hydrophobicity is very strong with good waterproof and moisture resistance.
The main disadvantages of polymer materials are: heat resistance and water resistance is poor, easy to age, low elastic modulus, and high price.
This data is recorded in some professional books, and here they are not discussed one by one.
