We use the Pareto chart to select the waste materials priority and build some technical solutions into the HOQ.
Revised standard operating procedures can eliminate key issues from man, materials, methods and machines because those key issues must be eliminated.

With the development of smart materials technology becomes mature day by day, embedding smart materials in the structure of wind turbine blades as actuators and sensors of blade deformation, makes the passive self-adaptive and active control combine and realizes self-adaption lightweight, intelligent wind turbine blades.
The design of wind turbine blades involves the knowledge of aerodynamics, structural dynamics, wind loading characteristics, materials science and other fields, should be consider leaves power, reliability and other factors comprehensively, so the design of wind turbine blades is a multidisciplinary, strongly coupled, multi-objective problem.

In this article, choosing Zr44Ti11Cu10Ni10Be25 as the study object, plate blanks with variable thickness are prefabricated to optimize the uniformity of the wall thickness of tube blank molded and studies the effects of blowing pressure and material viscosity on the formability of tube blank based on DEFORM software, so as to define the reasonable process parameters, provide theoretic foundation for blow molding process optimization of bulk metallic glasses (BMGs) plate and develop the industry application fields of BMG materials.
In this article, choosing Zr44Ti11Cu10Ni10Be25 as the study object, the influences of thickness distribution of plate blank, blowing pressure and material viscosity on formability of tube blank are studied systematically based on DEFORM software, so as to define the reasonable process parameters, provide theoretic foundation for blow molding process optimization of BMGs plate and develop the industry application fields of BMG materials.

This work considers the possibilities of using static analysis and scanning electron microscopy techniques to determine the properties of disperse materials, i.e. corrosion resistant steel grades 12H18N9T (AISI 321) and 20H13 (AISI 420), taken into account in the selective laser melting technique.
One of the important tasks, and in many cases, the most important one, is to develop technical requirements for the powder materials employed in selective melting using electronic and laser radiation.
The dispersion (grain size) for powder materials PR20H13 and PR12H18N9T were determined using a Occhio500nano image analyzer manufactured by Occhio SA (Belgium) using the static image analysis technique in accordance with ISO 13322-1:2014 as shown in Fig. 1.

Three stages of the vulcanizing process expand our knowledge for EUG from the sole use material to three kinds of different materials.
After the process of vulcanizing it can form three kinds of materials: the thermoplastic material, the thermo-elastic material and the rubber-elastic material.
All of the three kinds of materials have the history of having been used as the modifier, and the different type of modifier has dissimilar improvement function to the asphalt performance.
