The additon of 20% slag reduces the yield stress and plastic viscosity. The action of SL4 with the highest specific surface area is most significan, however the reduction of SL1 with lowest specific surface area on rheological properties is smallest. With the increasing of water-binder ratio, the yield stress and plastic viscosity of the mortar decrease, and the difference of the rheological parameters between the mortars with different slags becomes small.
Fig. 4 Effect of slag on water film thickness Fig. 4 shows the effect of slag with different specific surface areas on the water film thickness of mortar at water-binder ratio of 0.25, 0.28 and 0.30 by referring the method put forward by Kwan [11-12].The addition of slag increases the water film thickness, and slag with higher specific surface areas contributes larger water film thickness (negative data is because of the presence of air voids).
For the data presented in each graph, regression analysis has been carried out to derive the best-fit curve, whose equation and R2 value are listed in the figure.

Fig. 2 shows the shape of the upper die for fabricating the bipolar plate and the manufactured bipolar plate sample.
As shown in Fig. 2(a), the multiple parallel serpentine type of the micro channel was chosen because this type is more advantageous to the contact area between the bipolar plate and the electrode and the reduction of the pressure drop than any other type.

Then the measurement precision could be decreased along with the reduction of signal frequency.

In the present study, the natural ageing kinetics obtained for this alloy using the microhardness measurement is in a good agreement with the logarithmic dependence of the hardness (HV) on the ageing time (t) given by equation [14]:
HV = Aln(t) + B, (1)
where A and B are constants estimated by fitting experimental data.
Increase of the alloy hardness (HV) with increasing ageing time (t) was more accurately defined by the tangential equation [10]: HV = A arc tan (tB – C) + D, (2) where A, B, C and D were constants determined using experimental data-fitting procedure.
The retardation of natural ageing kinetics after solution annealing at a higher temperature was probably result of solid solution grain coarsening, as well as the reduction of the initiation places for the precipitation of strengthening phases.

Due to the characteristics of fiber anisotropy, when surface grinding ceramic matrix composites, there are two fiber directions of 0o and 90o on the grinding surface, and the surface roughness Sa of the two fiber angle directions should be measured as experimental data.
The greater the vibration amplitude, the greater the reduction in surface roughness.

An effective evaluation on the process both features and sets up the complete processing parameters data, which is expected to apply propagation as a super finishing following turning machining process in the future.
The amount of reduction in the workpiece's surface after electrochemical finishing is 20µm, which is designed in the process for the dimensional control of parts.
The measuring data is chosen from at least two different locations.

When welding, the joint must have good mechanical properties, as well as the combination property of compound steel, reduction of anti-corrosion, crack resistance and electroconductibility of the joint must be prevented.
According to existing data, thickness of the hardening zone of intermediate layer can reach to 2.5 mm, this hardening zone is very sensitive to coldcrack, and is easy to produce crack
According to the existing data, when sheet material is thin, I-shape groove is used; When sheet material is thick, v-shape, u-shape, x-shape or v-u combined shape groove is used.

As can be known, the diesel particulate filter (DPF) is considered a very effective solution to attain the PM emission standards, since they have proved to meet serious diesel engine pollution reduction limits.
Meanwhile, as can be seen from experiment results, the adsorption number density increases with pressure, which agrees with the simulation data basically.
(2) The simulation results were validated by the engine test bench and the results showed that the experimental adsorption number density of nanoparticles increases with pressure, which agrees with the simulation data basically.

Although, variation in the data was found, the trend
can be well fitted by the phenomenological kinetic grain growth equation [10] expressed as
(3)
where G defines as the average grain size at the time t, k' the constant, m the kinetic grain growth
exponent, E the apparent activation energy, R the gas constant, and T is the temperature in Kevin.
