The fatigue tests have been performed on the servo – hydraulic fatigue test machine Instron 1255 with a computer aided control unit and an Instron 8500 data recording system.
Stress – life fatigue curve plotted on log – log scales for compression pulsating stress The results (S – N data) recorded from experiments have then been mathematically analyzed where the least squares method [7] has been used to determine the correlation line between experimental points.

Fig.2 (b) is nephogram of OPD, in which the positive and negative denote OPL increase and reduction respectively.
It indicates that the system resolution of OPD can reach 0.01mm from the measured data in table 1, such as -0.088948 mm, -0.051459 mm, -0.07991 mm and so on.
Therefore, this method presented in this paper can be used to not only measure aero-optical wavefront aberrations with changing angle of attack of model, but also to visualize the wavefront distortion field and its changes at the same time, which provides a reliable and valid measurement data for the further scientific research.

Technological Process
The technological process of chemical plating on plastic: degreasing→ washing→ acid neutralization→ washing→ coarsening→ washing→ alkali neutralization washing→ sensitizing→ hot water washing→ activating→ washing→ reduction washing→ chemical plating.
