Methodology
In this study, the ANN models are required to predict damage location and severity from vibration data (frequencies and mode shapes).
The change of the stiffness parameter or the damage severity for each element is denoted by a Stiffness Reduction Ratio (SRF), calculated as: .SRF=1-EdamagedEundamaged;E=Young Modulus
(1) As mentioned earlier, the performances of ANN model with different algorithms are assessed through their generalisation and prediction performances relative to different number of input and output data.

According to the CCR model of DEA method the low-carbon efficiency evaluation indicators corresponding to the DMU can be shown as: (1) In the combination with the two-dimension structure of low-carbon efficiency the three efficiencies of is established which are respectively corresponding to the low-carbon efficiency value, the economic growth efficiency value and the environmental optimization efficiency value according to the (1) function of DEA model Determination of the evaluation indicators On the basis of environmental optimization prospect, the paper selects the input and output indicators which involved in DEA model .according to relevant data of “China Sustainable Development Strategy Report" (2009 and 2010) and "China Statistical Yearbook" (2009) .
Empirical Studies Firstly, according to the specific sustainable development indicator data cited form “China Sustainable Development Strategy Report" (2009 and 2010) and "China Statistical Yearbook" (2009) this article selects the low-carbon effect index data of 7 economic regions of China in past years (from 2002 to 2007).

The data for the final sintered substrates is given in Table 1, and their nitrogen permeabilities are shown in Fig. 2.
The SOFC data was chosen since the requirements for gas diffusion in the substrate during application are similar to those needed for gas separation membranes.
The measured data is in the same range as the literature values, but considerable differences between the two types of substrates used in this work have to be expected.
Fig. 2: Nitrogen flow through BSCF and La58SFC/CGO-substrates in comparison to literature data.
The fraction of leaked oxygen was small compared to the permeated oxygen and its contribution was corrected in the data analysis.

Thus, the noise in the strain data obtained by DIC is amplified.
This might make the data unreadable.
The method is briefly described in the following: After the analysis by the DIC-software is performed and strain data are exported, the point that has reached the highest equivalent (von Mises) strain at the end of the process is chosen as the point of interest.
As in the strain-rate method, after the DIC analysis is performed and data are exported, the point that has reached the highest equivalent strain at the end of the test is selected.
The image acquisition was synchronized with the load data acquisition.

After finishing the test, a real-time curve graph of tension value and displacement can be formed and the data shall be transmitted to the storage device.
With comprehensive analysis, peeling mechanism adopts 57HB76-304-AG speed-reduction stepping motor, and traveling mechanism adopts 2HB57-76 stepping motor.
Therefore, since the error produced during tensioning is only proportional to the tensile length, the longer the material is stretched, the greater the elastic deformation will be, and the greater the data error will be.
With high reliable test data, the detector meets the requirements of construction site quality evaluation.
Therefore, the peeling detector can provide true and reliable quality evaluation data for construction units, to comprehensively improve the construction level and quality of waterproof materials.

In order to realize the transition from 2D to 3D systems, was required the development of new interaction metaphors that are able to transform two-dimensional data transmitted by the mouse or graphics tablet so that 3D operations could be accomplished (for example the selection of an entity, the rotation of the point of view).
In the presented solution, various VR devices are used: a large scale multi wall projection system called Holo-CAVE or visual output; an optical tracker system for spatial tracking of the user’s position and orientation; data gloves for gesture recognition and voice recognition for input commands.
The keyboard is used in the conventional CAD system to input the alphanumeric data.
Before starting the test each participant was allowed to understand, familiarize and optimize the settings of 3D spatial input and data gloves.
But one of the subjects considered uncomfortable wearing data gloves.

Comparing SIMS raw data, as well as extracting the erosion rate in the C-cap, indicate that no loss of the C-cap material occurs.
Data for two fluences, 1x1014 and 8x1014 cm-2 are included.
Experimental data for the Al distribution are shown as dots and simulated Al profiles as lines. are compared with simulation results.
This indicates that the crystal quality is important for the SiC surface erosion, and according to the 2000 °C data the SiC material loss still remains in samples where the crystal quality is partly restored.
Our data indicate, furthermore, that silicon diffuses out through the C-cap while no driving force for out-diffusion of carbon through the C-cap is expected.

Introduction
Development of the progressive technologies providing improvement in quality and increase in production volume of steel products and reduction in consumption of materials are the priority directions of steel production development in modern conditions.
In literature there are no data on a possibility of oxidation of Mn3O4 to Mn2O3 or MnO2.
Standard change of energy of Gibbs of reaction of aluminothermic restoration of monoxide of manganese at this temperature paid off according to literary data.
On the basis of the thermal analysis and data of mathematical modeling the technology of smelting of manganese metal, including preliminary preparation of burdening materials for the purpose of receiving synthetic material which contains the highest oxide of MnO2 manganese and at the same time is effective gumboil was developed.
The obtained results of laboratory aluminothermic meltings of manganese metal are consistent with the predicted data of technological parameters of aluminothermic melting of manganese metal, which allows us to conclude about the adequacy of the method used for parameters calculation.
