Abstract.A solution of intelligent test system for mechanical property of geotextile material which based on high speed data acquisition card PCI-1714 is introduced in this paper.
This paper research and implement on accurate measurement of mechanics performance of geotextile material.

The concrete is fabricated by utilizing the crude materials, for example, lime stone, mud and different minerals by obtaining them by quarrying process which like wise causes ecological de basement[5].
To create 1 ton of bond, around 1.6 tons of crude materials are required and the time taken to frame the lime stone is any longer than the rateat which people utilize it[6].
When planning and indicating concrete for quality and toughness, the best possible choice of constituent materials relies upon the introduction conditions, kind of structure and proposed utilize shown in figure 1[13].

Test materials and methods In this article, the composition of as-cast ferritic nodular iron suitable for production has been designed, as shown in Table 1 below.
Fig. 4 and Fig.5 show the paths of the spreading cracks for the two materials.
Table 3 shows the results of oxidization resistance for the two test materials after undergoing tests at 800ºC/100h and 650 ºC /100h.
