If this material was milled into thin walled workpieces of 3 to 20 meters, the large
deformation was formed in the NC milling process.
As the formation mechanism of residual stress, the material characteristics and the major factor of forming deformation, the mathematic model between finished surface residual stress and milling parameters was established by orthogonal regression testing.
The major parameters of milling cutter were that the tool material was W9Mo3Cr4V, the tool diameter was Ø25,the rake angle was 16°, the clearance angle was 27°, and the helical angle was 39°.the machined material was 7075-T7451 aluminum alloy, and the hardness was HB120.

Introduction The development and production of biodegradable starch-based materials have been spurred by oil shortages and the growing interest in easing the environmental burden of petrochemically derived polymers [1-3].
Plasticized starch is one of the most studied materials due to its renewable origin, biodegradability and low cost.
Experimental detail Materials Normal corn starch was obtained from Tianjin Zhongying Company.

Constant variably acceleration motion model of flying plate is proposed and the model
formula about the relationship between speed of flying plate and clearance is put forward, which
provides theorotical basis for choosing optimum clearance by collision speed of different metallic

Introduction
Polyurethane(PU) sponge is a kind of low density PU foams(usually lower than 0.25g/cm3), is widely used for shoes and packing materials and so on for its specific strength and good resistance to shock, However, PU sponge is insulating with volume resistivity of about 1012Ω·cm.
However when the materials’ volume resistivity is decreased to 1010Ω • cm, it is easy to achieve antistatic requirements.
Materials EG were provided by Xiamen KNANO Graphene Technology Corporation Limited(China).
PU/EGp composite antistatic sponge can be widely used for packing materials for the electron components and so on in future due to its moderate cost and good mechanical and antistatic property.
