For reclamation engineering, it is necessary to construct the sea embankment, thus, the sea embankment is a critical civil works in marine and coastal engineering with coastal resources development.
According to the soil difference of geological engineering properties, 3 major engineering geological layers were divided, as described below: (1) light silty sandy loam: yellow-grey, wet, dense, mica-containing debris, low strength, low toughness, rocking quake response quickly, silty sandy loam distributed in some area.
Summary With the rapid economic development in coastal areas in Jiangsu Province in China, the offshore sea engineering grow quickly.

Development of Conceptual Design of Bridges VÍTEK, Jan L.1, a * 1Faculty of Civil Engineering, CTU in Prague and Metrostav a.s., Koželužská 2450/4, 180 00 Prague 8, Czechia ajan.vitek@metrostav.cz Keywords: Bridge, construction, design, landscape, operation, sustainability Abstract.
These purely technical problems have to be solved by experienced bridge engineer.
Then a close co-operation of the bridge engineer and the contractor is necessary.
The bridge engineer needs to evaluate the measured data and decide on future steps in construction.
