In a typical procedure, 1 mmol Ni(NO3)2 was dissolved in 30 mL of a mixed oleic acid-ethanol (1:1) solvent under stirring. 15 mL NaOH deionized water solution (1mol•L-1) and 2 mmol 8-hydroxyquinoline was added into the above solution in turn, and the mixture was dispersed to form homogeneous solution under constant strong stirring for 1 h.
The precipitates were thoroughly washed with ethanol and distilled water for several times.
The main weight loss of NiQ2 occurred in the temperature range from 115 °C to 180 °C and 340 °C to 470 °C, which come from adsorbent water and the reaction between NiQ2 and O2 in air.

When there are differences in aggregate size, gradation method or water cement ratio, the cracking method of the concrete is different, the acoustic emission signals of the concrete are different, too.
Reference [1] studied that the aggregate size had relevance with the acoustic emission signals, the bigger of the water cement ratio, the weaker of the acoustic emission ratio; the water cement ratio is relevant to the acoustic emission ratio.

Taste quality of green tea is usually determined by the professional tea tasters according to the sensory evaluation of teas [1].
For each sample, 3g tea was infused with 150mL freshly boiled distilled water for 5min.
Determination of the ratio of polyphenols to amino acids.10mL of the above filtered infusion for each sample was transferred into a one-mark 25mL volumetric flask and was diluted to the mark with distilled water.
Shown in Fig.1, spectra has absorption bands at 5155cm-1 and 6900-7140cm-1, which are related to the first overtone of the O-H stretch of H2O and a combination of stretch and deformation of the O-H group in water[8], respectively.

The industrial solid waste emissions in China is less than 1 billion tons in 2002 ,but after ten years ,it sharply increase to 3.22772 billion tonnes ; the industrial waste water and sulfur dioxide emissions has also always been at a higher level, the sulfur dioxide emissions remain more than 20 million tons every year, leading to the concentration of sulfur dioxide in some big cities higher 2 ~ 5 times than the standards the world health organization set.
EU has a relatively perfect comprehensive measurement, prevention, restrictions and governance service system for water, air, soil, waste, pollutants and noise,and it is worth our country to introduce and learn from.
For example,there are many relevant policies and regulations in water pollution governance in China, but there is no mutual coordination among all regions and departments, partly result to policies can not be effectively implemented; in terms of environmental technology innovation support, there is no specific requirements for fiscal expenditure using in science and technology,and often these grants are stolen ,greatly influenced the passion of enterprises to introduce and create new environmental technology.

Application of DGPS device (global satellite differential positioning system) to the precise positioning of the soil sampling locations, At each sampling point sampling about 0.8kg, back to the laboratory after bagging sealing, the natural air dry grinding, 1mm screen, which is used for the determination of soil water content; In another part of the sample, 0.25mm screen, which is used to determine the content of organic matter; Determination of soil organic matter by potassium dichromate titration; Available nitrogen with alkali solution by diffusion method; Colorimetric method for the determination of available phosphorus by molybdenum antimony anti; Extraction - Flame photometric method for the determination of leaching with ammonium acetate potassium; pH value by using the method of Leici ---25 type acidity meter (soil mass ratio 1:5) [11].
Combining the expert opinion, each sample data contained the corn yield (y) and the 6 factors, all of them related with the corn yield, such as pH value (x1), water content (x2), organic matter (x3), available nitrogen (x4), available phosphorus (x5) and available potassium (x6).
From the results of correlation analysis can be seen that the correlation coefficient of pH value(x1), water content (x2), organic matter (x3), available nitrogen (x4), available phosphorus (x5) and available potassium (x6) hasn’t big difference, it has significant influence on the corn yield (y).
