In addition, because of the different functions and materials of each layer, their failure mechanisms and modes are different.
The two sensitive layer materials studied in this paper are In2O3 and ITO, and thermal oxidation is the main failure mechanism.
Then based on the difference in the diffusion rate between the materials, set the diffusion average matrix.
The reason is that the material of the film adjacent to the sensitive layer is Ta2O5, which has good compactness and effectively isolates the diffusion of other film materials to the sensitive layer.
