Its technology uses glass–ceramic (G-C) materials for substrate and has advantages in low dielectric constant and high component density [1, 2].
Several studies have shown that the addition of B2O3 on commercial microwave materials has the advantages of lowering sintering temperatures and improving the dielectric properties [8,9].
Glasses of CaO-B2O3-SiO2-Al2O3 system were prepared using the solid-state reaction technique, with high purity (>99.9% pure) of SiO2, B2O3, Al2O3 and CaO as raw materials.
The glass powder (60 wt %) and ceramic materials (40 wt %) were mixed by a ball mill for 48 h.

This could be due to bagasse act as reinforcing fibers for composite materials [10].
