Introduction
Chloride penetration in concrete is one of the most important factors for the corrosion of rebar in reinforcement concrete, especially in those used in saline environment. [1-2] Chloride permeability of concrete has thus attracted great interesting of civil and materials engineering researchers[3-4],and a number of rapid testing methods have been proposed to evaluate the chloride permeability of concrete.[5] However, loads are not involved in all these methods.
