This study establishes assessment methods to provide data for the contribution of porous paving as a sustainable urban landscape architectural element.
By observing its everyday usage for a certain period of time, the study was able to collect data of its performance.
The data were gathered before and after the application.
This means that there is major reduction in the infiltration rate of 63.5% due to minimal maintenance.
Through a rough calculation based on available data, the government of Bandung could apply for the very least 1,041 ha of porous paving throughout the city.

These mathematical models are able to:
a. describe and interpret experimental data;
b. offer control in real time and / or analyze air quality;
c. manage the accidental release and evaluate risk areas;
[3] reports that the modeling of dispersion is the main tool used to simulate the air pollutant transport and to identify areas that are unsuitable for installation of new industries.
This can be evidenced in Fig. 7, which shows the concentration profile of the pollutant obtained from numerical and experimental data reported by [5] in a distant crossline, at 2000 meters from the emission source.
Figure 7: Comparison between the numerical concentration profile with the experimental data reported by [5], 2000 meters from the entrance, at y = 0.
Conclusions From the results obtained in the simulations, it can be concluded that: • The proposed mathematical model was able to evaluate the flow around the chimney of a thermal power plant, and to assess the behavior of a pollutant dispersion plume; • The plume represents the pollutant concentration gradient, which undergoes small scattering before touching the ground after several meters away from the emission source; • The pollutant concentration profile calculated by the model shows that because of the dispersion, there is a rapid reduction in the concentration of the pollutant; this behavior shows good agreement with the data reported in the literature.

The temporal and spatial distribution analysis on the source of traffic noise pollution in Harbin was carried out according to the monitoring datum.
It was proved that serried mixed lofty and laigh green fense manifested the best noise reduction performance.
In order to ensure the monitoring data accuracy and representation, it should be measured in no rain, no snow weather conditions, and the wind speed is not more than 5.5m/s.

Through data analysis, the areas of the die that cracked easily or showed heavy wear were identified.
Because of diameter reduction of the product, the metal forms a cone with a 13° gradient and a radius of 40 mm in the same direction as that of the movement of the punch.
The data obtained are used for calculations.

Based on sectional data regarding income and expenditure of Henan urban residents from 2006 to 2009, this paper applies ELES model to have a quantitative analysis of consumption expenditure structure of Henan urban and rural residents, involving three aspects including marginal propensity to consume, demand income elasticity and price elasticity.
Let (2) Then formulae (1)can be expressed as (3) By the aid of cross-sectional data regarding income and consumption, we can use Ordinary least squares to get the estimate value of parameters and in formulae (3).
The reflecting programme of demand change of certain commodity or service to its price change is called self-price elasticity of that commodity or service, with calculation formula as follows: (5) Analysis of Change in Consumption Structure of Henan Urban and Rural Residents Analysis of Marginal Propensity to Consume of Henan Urban and Rural Residents Based on data regarding income and expenditure of urban and rural residents as per income bracket in recent years as referred to Henan Statistical Yearbook, and it can be yielded marginal propensity to consume of all consumption expenditures of residents in 2006 to 2009 (Table 1 and 2).
Departments at central level and of Henan Province need to adopt measures to improve the current income distribution, reduce as much as possible the income differential between different income groups, especially guaranteeing no-longer reduction of income level of medium and low income groups, in this way, when satisfied with primary demand, residents may have more ample money spent in other expenditure such that the level of consumption of Henan urban and rural residents as a whole can be improved.

This narrow groove preparation is also expected to have a contribution to the reduction of the necessary filler material.
Advantages of this variant of the GMAW process consist in productivity increase, by reduction of the bevel angle of the joint and also gains related to the mechanical/metallurgical properties, allied with lower susceptibility to defects, such as lack of fusion.
The chemical composition and the mechanical properties of plates of the steel S355J2+N are presented in the mentioned articles [1-7], as reference data for the development of the gas-metal-arc technology, with soun-arc and weaving facilities. 2.2.
This reduces labor costs - Three layers have been executed by the presented welding test piece, which also leads to reduction of material and labor costs, compared with similar welding operation, where five layers were used - High welding speed values in the range of 20 – 35 cm / min allow high productivity - The main original element of the presented technology consists in the combination of the spin-arc action on the wire-electrode, with the linear oscillation movement of the welding head, which both allow higher deposition rate.

In vitro nitrogen-fixing activity In vitro nitrogen fixation of T21 was measured by acetylene reduction assay as described by Elbeltagy et al. [21].
A phylogenetic analysis was performed using the software package MEGA, version 3.1 [25], after multiple alignment of the data using CLUSTAL_X [26].
In fact, strain T21 showed nitrogen-fixing activity in N-free culture medium, with an acetylene reduction activity of 16.95µmol C2H4 ml-1 measured by acetylene reduction assay method.
Table 1 The physiological characteristics of T21 Characteristics Result Characteristics Result Sugar utilization Gelatin liquefaction - D-glucose + Phenylalanine deaminase - D-fructose + H2S production - Sucrose + V-P test + Mannitolum + Catalase test + Maltose + Urease test - Citrate utilization test + Nitrate reduction + Malonate utilization test - Salt Resistance - Starch hydrolysis - M.R.test + Based on the morphology, cultural characteristics, physiological and biochemical properties, 16S rDNA sequence and phylogenetic tree, strain T21 was identified as Pantoea agglomerans T21.
