It includes a number of manufacturing operations, from surface preparation (degreasing, etching), through the activation by Pd particles and an application of chemical layers (electroless Ni as a mechanical bonding, immersion Cu) and many rinses to plating by several different galvanic layers - galvanic Cu (compensates surface irregularities, last corrosion barrier), semi-bright Ni (pure Ni - corrosion resistance), bright Ni (optical properties), micro-cracked/microporous Ni (cathodic protection) and final layer of Cr (optical properties, abrasion a corrosion resistance).
It is possible to observe frozen layers due to the laws of reflection and refraction theoretically only with semi-crystalline plastics, where the light is reflected by grain boundaries.

Despite the presence of very few and small pores in the 2 mm specimens as shown in Fig. 1(a), a large number and sizes of pores are easily observed in the 6 mm and particularly in the 10 mm specimens as illustrated in Fig. 1(b) and Fig. 1(c).
Due to the fast cooling at the interface between the casting and die, the surfaces of the specimens become the location to form fine grains.

Microscopic structure analysis of the composite materials The iodine number and the yield of the final ZnO/AC composite prepared at the optimum conditions are 1130mg/g and 50.81%, respectively.
The structure and surface morphology analyses revealed that ZnO particles in the composite have hexagonal wurtzite structure with the average grain size of about 33nm.
