Introduction
Aluminum alloys have wide applications in the aerospace industry due to their high strength/density ratios.
Comparison in hardness values between Al2044-CNTs composites and some commercial aluminum alloys* [8].
Additional studies must be done with the aim of confirm these mechanisms.

It is important to control the martensitic transformation start temperature (Ms) of Ti–Ni alloys because it determines the temperature range over which the shape memory effect and superelasticity appear.
Powder metallurgy (PM) is known to provide the possibility of material-saving and automated fabrication of at least semi-finished products as well as net-shape components for NiTi alloys.
The aim of this paper was measure the effect of the particle size of powders obtained by gas atomization on martensitic transformation behaviors.

Ti-Al system alloys possess high specific strength, good anticorrosion properties, and high-temperature strength at temperatures up to 1,123 K.
Insignificant specific weight and, as a consequence, low centrifugal specific stresses, are the advantages of the titanium – aluminum alloys.
It is aluminum that determines such alloys’ high specific strength.
Titanium and aluminum form intermetallic compounds of a high degree of hardness and chemical stability.

%Zn alloys containing dilute misch metal were investigated.
The above researches in addition to the present commercial alloys almost focus on the magnesium alloys with high zinc concentration (4%~6%) or those further alloyed with high rare earth concentration.
Magnesium alloys with 2wt.
In this paper, the effects of the content of MM on the microstructures and the mechanical properties of Mg-2%Zn based alloy were investigated with aim to develop an inexpensive alloy.

Oxidation Behavior of TiAl Based Alloys Prepared
by Spark Plasma Sintering
Hua Chen 1, a, Jingchao Zhang1,b and X.
The aim of this work is to investigate the influence of SPS microstructure of Ti-45Al-0.2Si-5Nb alloy on high temperature oxidation behavior.
However, for milled powder, since fine intermetallic compounds are formed in mechanical alloying, the bond and diffusion of particles mainly occurs between intermetallic compounds, thus granule microstructure is formed.

Several materials are used that are exposed to various chemistries of compounds [9, 2].
These compounds are removed in the form of slag.
It transforms solid alumina spinel (if present) to liquid state, thereby removal of undesirable compounds is possible in the form of slag.
· The flux reacts with the volatile gases and forms compounds by combining with the pre-existing Ca within the alloy, thereby removing the unwanted calcium from the cast alloy in the form of slag

Titanium (Ti) is the most commonly active metal used to braze alloys.
The aim of this work is to study the effect of oxide stabilizers and the surface modification on zirconia’s wetting behaviour when in presence of silver based braze alloys. 2.
Both systems showed the same compounds formed at the interface.
The formation of Ti3Cu3O and TiO compounds at the interface plays a major role in wetting of AgCuTi/zirconia systems.

Compared with the other alloys, the average conductivity of CuCo2BeZrcopper alloy is the largest.
After the aging at 540˚C, the diffuse copper compounds or other second phase will be separated from the supersaturated solid solution.
The organization contains a small patch of fine but dissolved compounds and little twin crystals chip.
The size of the polygon a-Cu grain is different, and the composition of the crystallology containts an amount of small but dissolve compounds of the second phase.
