The use of silica is often found in the ceramics industry, applications in alloys, and the glass industry.
Metal alloys are rarely found in pure conditions in nature [4].
Eu2O3 and Yb2O3 are compounds belonging to the Rare Earth Elements (REEs).
The process of extracting Rare Earth Elements can be done by separating the main compounds in a material.
The decomposition of compounds against the catalyst used can give different results as mentioned by [10].

This effect is probably due to the interaction of the oil with the aluminium alloy that, due to the chemical composition of the oil used, may produce iron stearate compounds.
Consequently, the intermetallic compounds, like the Al6FeMn compound, which acts as a hardner, present a smaller size.
The quantity of the intermetallic compounds for Sample 3c was higher than for those of sample 1c.

Abstract: This paper aims to present the mechanism of PECVD SiOx coating thin layer technology on biomaterials, such as Ti and its alloys, with reference to the available literature.
Their compounds are non-toxic and non-explosive and hence, no special safety installation is required as in the case of silane.
In Figure 2 it is possible to observe a general sketch mechanism deposition of SiOx on substrate such as Ti or Ti alloys, in case that the plasma chamber is alimented with organosilicon compounds.
Titanium alloys primarily stand out due to two properties: high specific strength and excellent corrosion resistance.

The aim of this paper to show the dynamic properties of these hybrid joints.
The different aluminium alloys have different properties, so different technological parameter combinations were used.
The 6082-T6 base material is one of the most widely used aluminium alloys.
Chemical compositions of aluminium alloys in weight % Sheet metal Cu Fe Mn Cr Mg Ti Si Zn Al 5754-H22 0,055 0,294 0,358 0,009 2,796 0,016 0,193 0,034 rest 6082-T6 0,09 0,46 0,46 0,02 0,7 0,03 0,9 0,08 rest Table 2.
According to our previous investigation the intermetallic compound (IMC) thickness shows differences between these two aluminium alloys [9] with same welding parameters.

Aiming at machining deep micro-holes in titanium alloy, an experimental approach for EDM adopted a fuzzy control system was introduced.
However, titanium alloys are typically difficult-to-machine materials because of their toughness and low thermal caonductivity[4].
The transistor-RC compound pulse power supply is used to generate high-frequency pulse for micro-EDM.

Aero engine casing is made of high-temperature alloys and titanium alloys.
Due to difficult cutting properties of high-temperature alloys, the cutting zone has a high temperature.
Due to the high temperature alloys containing a lot of intermetallic compounds, which makes the mechanical properties and heat-resistant quality of the material change great.
If we can build a model of the cooling effect of cutting to lower the temperature of the cutting area, it has a huge role in promoting the development of high-speed cutting super alloys.

However, the HRE grain refinement effects of Mg alloys have not been systematically reported.
Therefore, the present study is to investigate the effects of the HRE deformation conditions on the grain size of AZ31 alloy by experiment and numerical simulation, the aim is to improve the refining ability of HRE method.

Therefore, it is proposed to consider the cooling of alloys located in the area of primary crystallization of silicon.
In this system, three congruent-melting binary compounds are formed: titanium carbide (TiC) and titanium silicides (TiSi2 and Ti5Si3).
Several compounds are known in these systems: Fe2Si, FeSi, FeSi2.3, TiSi2, Ti5Si3, TiFe2, and TiFe.
In the Si-Fe-C system, there are three compounds that melt congruently: Fe2Si, FeSi, and FeSi2, but all these compounds are in the Fe-Si binary system.
