This system also performs the following trajectory planning techniques, 3D system simulation, auto-operation, ultrasonic type signal analysis and 3D reconstruction according to the measured flow data occur in the system.
Korayem et. al [5] discussed with the methods for Design, kinematic modelling, development and experimental validation of a six degree freedom robot manipulator, which is suitable for industrial applications, In their research work the followed the assumption that, the robot each joint link has an independent DC motor with gear reduction unit and sensor feedback system for angular joint position of each and every robot elements.
Screw jack Outer diameter, Mean diameter and Pitch calculation : The standard core diameter is took with the available standard data’s of IS: 4694 – 1968 for normal series of square thread system.
If the diameters are not found in the mechanical engineering data book table then the next incremental value is chosen for design.[9] From the core diameter the actual dimensions of the screw mechanism are calculated.
From the standard data the pitch of the screw and outer diameter are chosen and interpreted.

Unlike programmed numerically controlled machine tools, they allow elements to be designed bottom-up, directly from a model created in an automated design system, without complex manufacturing planning, since in fact only data on an element’s cross section is required.
The ASTM has defined ‘Additive Manufacturing’ as a (ASTM International, 2012): "process of joining materials to make objects from 3D model data, usually layer upon layer, as opposed to subtractive manufacturing methodologies, such as traditional machining".
Basically, the technological processes of additive manufacturing consist of the creation of physical objects from geometric data without the use of traditional tools.
According to the USA Energy Department, AM can reduce energy costs in 50% and material costs in 90%; Reduction in material waste - With AM only the necessary material is used to create parts.

According to the statistic data, the add value of machinery manufacturing industry increased 311.40% and energy consumption increased 19% from 2001 to 2008[3].
In order to response to the environmental challenge, and avoid repeating the old path of “pollution first, treatment later”, china formulated “the twelfth five-year plan” and continuously took “saving energy and emission reduction” as a binding goal of the economic and social development.
Based on the models, empirical data should be collected and analyzed.
With the models and datas, the energy consumption table was compiled in table 1 and table 2.
According to energy consumption data and calculation, the direct energy consumption in machinary manufacting industry(sector 15) accounts for 5.46% of total direct energy consumption in china in 2007 and ranks 7th among 22 economic sectors.

In addition, by analysing FT-IR and SEM data it is confirmed that uniform presence of crosslinking agents was visible on cotton fibres.
Results of increased crystallinity in crosslinked Fixapret F-Eco and Knittex RCT cottons are at odds with those of Xu [11] who observed reduction in crystallinity in cottons crosslinked with BTCA (butanecarboxylic acid).

The research shows: the stretching performance of nonwoven textile is better than the woven textile's; The influence of temperature on the geosynthetics is remarkable, it should be emphasized during the construction; The moisture has a little impaction on the mechanical performance of geosynthetics; These achievements provide scientifical data and references for the physi-mechanical performances of geosynthetics, while no further study on the long-term effect, it should be studied in future.
Mechanical property of moisturing material has no apparent reduction according to the natural condition, on the contrary, it increases to some extent, especially the stretching rate.

These provide data reference for preparation of Ag/SnO2 contact materials with uniform SnO2 distribution in Ag matrix.
The agglomerated SnO2 cause the reduction of processing performance and decrease the arc erosion resistance of Ag/SnO2 contact materials, which seriously affects the service life of Ag/SnO2 contact materials.

Environmental data was collected on each exposure site, including rainfall, relative humidity, time of wetness, temperature, wind velocity, and carbon dioxide/chloride concentrations.
However, the main concern with concrete carbonation is the reduction of the pore solution pH from more than 12.5 to less than 9.
By taking into account the reduction of the carbonation rate due to RH and TOW, the environment’s order of aggressiveness would be in first place Mexicali and Chihuahua, followed closely by México City, Oaxaca, and Querétaro, and, finally, Morelia, Mérida, and Toluca.
Table 4 presents the carbonation depth measured after two years of exposure in the 0.65 w/c ratio concrete specimens, as well as the corresponding carbonation coefficients, with the exception of Mérida’s data, that correspond to only one year of exposure.

This narrow groove preparation is also expected to have a contribution to the reduction of the necessary filler material.
Advantages of this variant of the GMAW process consist in productivity increase, by reduction of the bevel angle of the joint and also gains related to the mechanical/metallurgical properties, allied with lower susceptibility to defects, such as lack of fusion.
The chemical composition and the mechanical properties of plates of the steel S355J2+N are presented in the mentioned articles [1-7], as reference data for the development of the gas-metal-arc technology, with soun-arc and weaving facilities. 2.2.
This reduces labor costs - Three layers have been executed by the presented welding test piece, which also leads to reduction of material and labor costs, compared with similar welding operation, where five layers were used - High welding speed values in the range of 20 – 35 cm / min allow high productivity - The main original element of the presented technology consists in the combination of the spin-arc action on the wire-electrode, with the linear oscillation movement of the welding head, which both allow higher deposition rate.

Small coin cells power hearing aids and wristwatches, while large battery banks powering telephone exchanges and data centers take up whole rooms.
You can couple the device's 4-20 mA output to a programmable logic controller (PLC), panel meter, or data recorder for real-time reporting and monitoring.
An RFID reader or scanner sends signals to the tag, and the tag's antenna picks them up and returns them, sometimes with extra data (such as a serial number or other personalized information).
After then, the tag will transmit the data it has stored.
Plug-in vehicles and renewable energy sources for cost and emission reductions.

The temporal and spatial distribution analysis on the source of traffic noise pollution in Harbin was carried out according to the monitoring datum.
It was proved that serried mixed lofty and laigh green fense manifested the best noise reduction performance.
In order to ensure the monitoring data accuracy and representation, it should be measured in no rain, no snow weather conditions, and the wind speed is not more than 5.5m/s.
