Specific Features of Jahn-Teller Structure Phase Transitions in Nanocrystalline Materials A.Ya.
A possibility of multi-phase state for nanocrystalline materials was considered.
Availability of the grain size distribution in real materials must lead to the diffuse character of both the temperature of structural phase transition and its other thermodynamic parameters.
However, its probability drastically increases for nanocrystalline materials prepared by using mechanical activation, processes such as blasting, milling, high-pressure torsion etc.
An explanation of anomalous temperature dependence of the order parameter in cooperative JTphase of nanocrystalline materials has been proposed.

Materials and Methods In this work, it was supposed to determine the degree and nature of the influence of the level of maximum cycle stresses (), preliminary plastic deformation () and test temperature () on the low-cycle fatigue of the PT-3B titanium alloy.
Significant changes in the behavior of structural materials occur when they are tested under deep cooling conditions (T = 4.2K).
At the same time, it should be noted that an intermittent flow was experimentally recorded for a number of structural materials at the initial stage of cyclic loading.
