Due to various factors, many large engineering projects are often constructed while being designed, which highlights the importance of design management.
The design unit shall strictly perform the date stipulated by the engineering design contract, and deliver construction drawing and estimate (budget) document in high quality, precise quantity and in time.

Abstract: In order to optimize the material design for cement-fly ash stabilized crushed-stones, the strong interlocked coarse skeleton gradation was put forward based on the numerical experimentation method.
Therefore, the present research has a great significance on perfection of the construction technologies for stabilized macadam design, and its findings are certain to raise the engineering quality of the road base and to propel the application of stabilized macadam of cement fly ash. 2.

Abstract.
Introduction At present,in the process of governing Yellow River, because the abilities were poor, which were the river bed of Yellow River downstream resistance to washout and the effective major and medium flood to cut the curved cut-off naturally that was enormously non-uniformed,the river downstream course lost the ability to reduce sand.It resulted in big danger in the low reaches of Yellow River all the year round and enlarges flood prevention pressure. In order to improve this kind of unfavorable situation in the low reaches of Yellow River course,Henan Yellow River Engineering Bureau has developed a social public welfare project that was the applied research into movable impregnable lower dam of the lower Yellow River. The so-called movable refers to the bam which could be moved to anywhere which needed to be control the flood flows according to some distance into the formation of reinforced concrete pipe. And the bam was assembled a lot of pile concrete pipes which were driven into
At the same time the machine can also be used for the similar soil in agricultural engineering, civil engineering and other hydropower projects in a row piles, permeable pile foundation project. It has a wide application prospect.
