Hence, the data contains the collective behavior of thousands of defects which obscures the details of the charge trapping process.
Just like in RTN, the difficulty to assign a single trapping event to a certain defect, has hampered the analysis of experimental data [11].
A comparison between simulation and measurement data is presented in Fig. 7.
The symbols stand for the measurement data and the lines show the simulation results of our improved NMP model.
The simulated time constants are in remarkable agreement with the experimental data.

Experiment Design The data collection is conducted by using completely randomized design sampling.
The purpose of data collection is to prove the repetition of the data collection.
The standard deviation ensures homogeneity and data distribution in this research.
The data were obtained from the experiment by utilizing the value in Table 3 is shown in Fig. 2.
That’s time reduction, allowing more samples will be tested.

It is therefore of interest to develop a model describing the approaching particle density, size and velocity distributions as an aid to analysing the data from slit and slit-free experiments.
Whereas a good fit is achieved for the actual, smoothed data over the calculated exposure duration of around 0.05sec, it is clear from Fig. 9, that the pulse is, in fact wider than the calculated time.
When the fuel pressure is reduced values of various AE parameters fall, explicable in terms of the reduction in mean particle velocity. 4.

The data and image materials in this paper came from “research and demonstration project of Key technology on purification and reuse of Straw pulping and papermaking wastewater” (No. 2009ZX07210-002-001.1) which is a part of “the Eleventh Five-Year Plan” Water Project.
As you can see from the data measured from Oct. 21 to Oct. 26 (see table 5), the effluent TN was generally higher than the influent TN from the data.
The reduction of microbial activity resulted in that the transformation and utilization of nitrogen by microbes declined.
Combined with the comparison of data in Table 6, we can determine that autolysis of the sludge took place in the term of Oct. 21 to Oct. 26.
In summary, because of the reduction of the microbial activity and the occurrence of autolysis, the effluent TN was higher than the influent TN in the above stage.

Otherwise, the result is an imitation of the original building and it will cause transferring false data and increasing incorrect understanding about the main building instead of re-creating it (Ray, 1980, p 65).
In this way, presenting false data is potentially prevented and the architect uses his contemporary architectural methods in development designs and the plan will differ with what already exists due to the dynamics and evolution of the architecture of the time.
Discussion and data describing: the analysis of the case and explaining the statistics and percentages and drawing the graphs The studied examples within the questionnaire are 5 different monuments in Tehran and mostly historical parts go back to the period of Qajar age.
Using contemporary architecture with respect to the original structure of the building prevents presenting false data by copying and imitating the style of the old building.
In this paper, it is recommended to interpret the data and then conclude based on the elements and details and finally make logical decisions.

SPD methods typically produce ultrafine materials, however there are some data indicating the production of materials with an average grain size of about 100 nm [1,3].
Refinement of average size of nanograins in materials, deformed by the CEC method Data from literature [31-36,38,44-46], referring to the mean size of nanograins in materials processed by different SPD methods, including data showing the mean size of nanograins obtained in materials deformed by the CEC method, are shown in Fig.5.
Comparison of the literature data of the average dimension of nanograins in materials deformed by the SPD methods [31-36,38,44-46], with the dimension of nanograins in aluminium alloys, deformed by CEC (CEC - Cyclic Extrusion Compression, ECAE - Equal Channel Angular Extrusion, SPTS - High Pressure Torsion, ROL - Accumulative Roll Bonding).
This agrees with the literature data, showing some departure from the Hall-Petch principle in the nanometric range of grain sizes, above d = 100 nm [1].
An important conclusion is that the reduction width of microbands occurs with the increase of deformation.

Materials and their properties are nowadays mostly represented either in forms of material data bases or digital data sheets.
During each of these steps a lot of data and information like material properties (from material data bases), test settings and associated results, or quality indicators need to be gathered and brought into a knowledge context.
The main task for the data layer is to research and bring together existing knowledge bases, like material data bases, property lists, PUI inputs, and existing lifecycle information or publication databases.
The logic layer provides the most important features, as it connects the data sources via a top-level ontology.
The process of ontology engineering is required for building up and maintaining a valid data and logic layer.

Holes and electrons migrate to the surface of the photocatalyst where they can initiate oxidation and reduction reactions with adsorbed species.
The photo reduction method has also been employed for the synthesis of metal (in reduced form) doped titanium dioxide [36-38].
From the XRD data, the crystallite size of anatase phase is calculated by Scherer’s formula using anatase (1 0 1) peak [28, 33, 35].

The experimental data from literature [6] were analyzed and correlated with predictions from an impact simulation developed using the nonlinear explicit transient dynamic computer code MSC.Dytran.
These satisfied the requirements (Military Specification) on the height reduction of cockpit and cabin of less than 15%, cockpit volume has been maintained, other structure essential intact except the sub-floor.
