Experimental Methods Materials:Diammonium hydrogen phosphate (DAP) and urea were supplied by Sinopharm Chemical Reagent Co.
In this study, A certain ratio of melamine and urea are used as condensed agent, diammonium hydrogen phosphate is used as raw materials, this process is a non-P2O5 process, so the effect of temperature on crystalline forms should be studied in detail.

Among these compounds, ZnNb2O6 is known as excellent microwave dielectric materials, which has excellent dielectric properties: Q×f = 87,300GHz, ε r=25 and τ f = 56ppm˚C[5].
Experimental In a typical experiment, niobium(V) oxide, zinc nitrate and liquid ammonia were used as starting materials, and all were of AR grade.
Mixtures of raw materials with a molar ratio of Zn to Nb of 1 were put in a beaker, when the Synthesis temperature was controlled at 0˚C(ice and water mixture), 50˚C, 80˚C.
