The equation (1) showing the material balance of each element in the metallic phase was derived from the equation system:

The nature of the relationships obtained allows extrapolation of the data to other conditions.
When making calculations it is more convenient to work with data re-counted for 100 g of melted electrode.
Substitute the data obtained to equation (1) for each alloying element separately. 15.

Hence, reduction of motion artifact and other environment noises has been a challenging research problem to be dealt particularly.
EMD process is used to deconstruct the data into several intrinsic mode function (IMF) components as follows: (i) Find all local maxima and a cubic spline passing all maxima.
(iii) Data series X(t) can be decomposed into n intrinsic mode functions C and a residue function r
(1) These IMFs are expanded on a basis derived from the data itself.

Bending strength
and bending elastic constant were obtained from the load-deflection data and the relative toughness
was determined using the trapezoid rule as the area under the stress-deflection curve to peak load.
Low cycle fatigue performed on IPCs based on 70% dense CPP to more than 13 000 cycles at roughly 80% of the expected failure load showed no decrease in the load/deflection slope indicating no discernible reduction in elastic constant due to repeated bending.
Relative toughness values obtained from three-point bending stress-deflection data indicate that the IPC structure absorbs several times the energy of the CPP structure prior to failure (Table 1.)
In fact, a second order trend line fit to the IPC relative toughness data (R2=0.993) extrapolated to 50 volume percent CPP predicts a toughness of slightly less than 11 MPa·mm, which is quite close to the measured relative toughness of the PFC having 50 volume percent CPP.

Since the reduction of mismatch of CTE's reduces the stress, the EMC should have a
CTE as close as possible to the other package constituents.
Data sampling points Figure 4.
From the measured data, samples molded with EMC A warped the most while samples with EMC C warped the least.
As shown 7, the simulated warpage data correlates well with the measured value.

Both are based on the principle of
stacking successive layers of materials to produce near-net shape tools, thus resulting in a drastic
reduction of such post-processing operations as machining.
Today, softwares are readily available in order to machine and to assemble the layers comprising the mould from a data file in STL format.
Work is still under way to evaluate other pertinent data, to optimise the brazing temperature cycle, and to guarantee an homogeneous bond across the layers surfaces.

In general, there are three main advantages of instrumented indentation in respect to conventional indentation: (1) possibility of characterization of materials at very small loads, (2) more materials characteristics (Young’s modulus, creep, work of indentation), (3) automated analysis of the load-depth data and application of various loading profiles.
Instrumented indentation allows applying various loading profiles, which can be advantageously used for reduction of time needed for testing.
Data from spherical indentation were analyzed using Tabor’s equations that relate the mean pressure (hardness) and contact radius to representative stress and representative strain [10].

Also, the data pertaining to white cast iron is very scarce.
It was observed that difference between experimental data and theoretical data is less than 4%.

Load relaxation tests have been conducted at room temperature, which can provide flow data of a
broader strain rate range with a small plastic straining [11].
In the load relaxation, the load was recorded as a function of time at a fixed extension and the flow stress and the inelastic strain rate were then calculated from the load-time data following the usual procedure described in the literature [12].
After the cold rolling of 60 % reduction at room temperature, Zn-0.3wt.
The bold lines, composite curves constructed by using Eqs. (1), (2), and (3), show good agreements with the experimental data.

In order to get the effectiveness and analyze the performance of the waste heat recovery device, an experimental system was designed as shown in
Fig. 3.
The sensor data obtained are collected and handled by using an Agilent data acquisition system.
Electric water heater, for example, in winter, where T1 and T3 are 4.5 °C and 45 °C , respectively, and the water used by one person during showering time is about 50kg, the reduction in electricity consumption was 1.2 Kwh/person.
