In order to meet the need of the industrial use, loose, large volume and low energy density biomass materials must be pressed pellet or briquettes to change its shape ,energy characteristics, and combustion efficiency.
The raw materials from the national reserve in the storehouse for wheat, corn, rice are rotten rice .But after a few years, after finishing digest of rice, the number of the country's "effective grain reserves" is on surface.
In the new biological energy technology haven't realized industrialization, grain as raw materials of biological energy will still be the focus of future development.

movement that arises from the random thermal movement of the solvent molecules of the suspended particles and is used in the opposite of the sedimentation state because colloidal materials are usually attracted to each other because of their bond with the Vander Waals forces[8],which are acquired by the repulsion forces of the particles of the layer .It is a membrane that reduces the surface tensile strength of fluids in liquids, limits the spread of fluids and improves the performance of the material This composition consists of (solvent + nanoparticles +surfactant )[9,10,11], non-linear optical (NLO) is the study of the interactions of light with matter .
NLO materials are mostly separated into changed modules that refer to the order n of the nonlinear susceptibility χn that terms the response of the material, to the electric field connected with the light radiation. χ3 materials are expected to work a clef function in all optical swapping system ago their optical property can be handled via light.

Therefore many countries continuously explored various new materials to replace polyethylene, and developed all kinds of new technologies to speed up degradation process of polyethylene for 30 years.
But the new materials have very problems, as follow: The mechanics and resistance couldn’t satisfy the using requirements to compare with polyethylene; the processing cost is equivalent to polyethylene or higher than polyethylene; whether the materials and its additives have no harm to environment after degradation.
