The form and the number of distortion can be seen in Figure 4 below.
Result of distortion measurement on welding without preheat occurred with longitudinal and transversal curve forms by maximum distortion of 10.56 mm and transversal distortion measurement shows 5.8 mm number of distortion.
The number of longitudinal distortion is 2 mm and transversal is 3,2 mm.
Becouse of the microstructure in weld metal with 200 °C of preheat is dominate with Acicular Ferrite and Grain boundary Ferrite, it make the crack propagation rate is slower than weld metal without preheat.

The increase in the crystallite size is due to the incorporation of Cu2+and is attributed to the creation of tin or Oxygen vacancies and also leads to the assembly of bigger grains of Cu-doped SnO2 compared to pure SnO2 respectively [15,16].
Number of unit cell in the crystal is calculated using the relation n= πD3/6V (4) where D is the crystallite size and V is the volume of the unit cell[18].
The number of unit cell in the crystallite increases as the crystallite size increases and is given in table 1.
