The annealing treatment also improved the grain crystallinity, as shown by the transition of the intrinsic compressive stress to tensile stress based on the XRD lattice constant and full-width at half-maximum data.
The EDX data show that the oxygen content in the varistor increased with increasing annealing temperature because of the increase in the oxygen diffusion energy.
Hence, the variation in the band-gap with temperature significantly correlated with the stress in the varistor, indicating that the increase in the annealing temperature induced an increase in the grain size, and caused a reduction in the quantum size effect (or in the energy band-gap) in the ZnO nanoparticles [19,20].

Increasing the annealing temperature from 400 °C to 800 °C resulted in a larger grain size and improved grain crystallinity, as indicated by the decreased intrinsic compressive stress deduced from the XRD lattice constant and FWHM data.

Binary tree is an important nonlinear data structure, and has been widely applied in computer field.
Reduction and extension rules of OKM 1) Several knowledge points with sequential relation can be merged into a knowledge point, and vice versa. 2) Several knowledge points with selective relation can be merged into a knowledge point, and vice versa. 3) Several knowledge points with parallel relation can be merged into a knowledge point, and vice versa. 4) Feedback relation cannot be reduced and extended.
Structure Expression Based on Binary Tree According to structure expression of OKM and the data structure in computer technology, a representing method by binary tree is proposed.

By computer program ‘Elfit - corrosion polarization data fitting program’ the value of corrosion current density was made calculation.
In an environment of sulfuric acid solution, it was found that 45% of alumina caused a reduction in the average value of the potential corrosion (Ecorr) coatings to from about -171 mV to -369 mV for the alloy coating (Fig. 4).
The equivalent circuit used for modelling the recorded data Data were analyzed using the equivalent circuit, which is shown in Fig. 7.

Positive insulation effect of the insulation block on the indoor temperature (Fig. 2; difference Ta:Tb is 4.1%), and thus the reduction in the energy consumption for heating the building is documented on the example of the classical foundation of the cladding of masonry blocks at the wall footing without and with the insulation block (Fig. 2).
The determined creep curvatures are used to predict the behaviour of the material using statistic FEA conducted with updated real data about the behaviour of mHDPE.
Using measured data the ratio of strain to applied stress, which is the compliance D(t) = e(t)/s0 is given by (2) where E0 = 219.7643 MPa, E1 = 590.0475 MPa, t1 = 347.6301 day and s0 = 1.2 MPa.
The (Fig. 4) shows a total displacement USUM and an equivalent stress σEQV in time t = 0 day using determined initial values and in time t¥ = 365×103 days (100 years) using measurement data and (3); E(t¥) = 160.13 MPa.

The global annual output of CO2 is very large, only China out puts 50×108t per year.Electric power production takes the first place of China’s CO2 output, thermodynamic power plants consume more than 50% coal production of the nation, followed by the iron and steel industry and cement production, processes of energy and chemical manufacture takes the third place. The data from National Bureau of Statistics shows that in the year of 2007, the extraction of oil and nature gas consumes 2’880.6-----10 tce, processing of petroleum, coking and nuclear fuel consume 4’619.8----10 tce, manufacture of chemical material and chemical product consumes 24’208==10 tce, and rubber manufacture consumes 778.5—10 tce; the above four items totally consume 42’487.46—10 tce, and takes almost 20% proportion of the total consumption of the large industrial enterprises, if consider and add the iron, steel, cement product and so on, the proportion should be up around 40%[3,4].
carbon developing model. Two thirds of China’s electric power supply comes from coal, while China’s a country with large coal store but little gas store, this determines the coal would also be the main energy in quite a long time of the future. As far as the carbon emission is concerned, the nation’s current 85% of the CO2, 90% of the SO2 and 73% of the smoke dust are caused by coal burning; only the economy losses caused by the CO2 in the atmosphere pollution accounted 2.2% of the GDP.Although China has formed a various energy Contry and district Let gross(106 ton) Per let quantity(ton) 1990 2004 1990 2004 Word 22695.9 28974.3 4.3 4.5 China 2398.2 5005.7 2.1 3.9 Japan 1070.4 1256.8 8.7 9.8 America 4816.9 6044 19.3 20.6 France 363.7 373.4 6.4 6.2 Germany 980.3 808 12.3 9.8 Italy 389.6 449.5 6.9 7.7 Holland 141 141.9 9.4 8.7 Britain 579.2 586.7 10.1 9.8 Tab.1 Main countriesand regions carbon dioxide emissions Data

Application of appropriate data and boundary conditions are the fundaments of the simulation modeling.
In the course of the analysis initial data was not the thermal conductivity of the soil, but the temperatures of the singular boundaries: on the upper side of the soil layer, which contacts with the air the temperature is +4 °C (average temperature in winter), while 15 meters underneath the terrain it is constantly +9 °C (in Hungary, in sandy gravel) [2].
Derived by the calculation 2 °C reduction is visible in the temperature of soil at 2 meters away from the external wall.
This grants sufficient protection against moisture and water used in the proper quantity given by technical data sheets.
