There are 117 constructed and constructing deep-water jack-up platform in the world, among which 69% of deep-water jack-up platform work in the 106.7 ~ 121.6m water depth, and two work in the 137.5 ~ 152.4m depth.
For piling operations in the deep-water poor marine conditions, jack-up platform plays an irreplaceable role.
The underwater rock groups of drilling are adopted by the using of jack-up offshore platforms, and deep-water rock surface is grinded.
Now, multi-function jack-positive offshore platforms are moving to deep water, large-scale, professional, intelligent, dynamic positioning, and multi-functions.

In our “Green Building Assessing Standard” GBT50378-2006, the green building is defined as “which provides healthy, appropriate and efficient space for humans, it is saving resources (energy, land, water material) at maximum, and buildings in harmonious coexistence with nature within the building’s life cycle.”
Analyzed from the research con-tents, the theories are mainly divided into the below aspects: First, research on one aspect in green building, such as save water, energy, and land, etc.
From the academic level, it emphasizes intersecting among multisubjects, tackling key problems jointly and comprehensively solve problems; from the technical level, it stresses cooperation cross industry, and expand the vision to the integrated application to various ideas and technologies in different professional fields over the whole architectural design.
The design of water supply and drainage should take full advantage of the technologies like water saving, rainwater collecting and reuse of re-cycled water; effluent sewage in the residential area from shower, morning washing, clothes washing, kitchen and washroom could be concentrated dis-posed, and after reaching to certain standard recycle to use during pouring greens, washing vehicles, roads and hosing toilets, thereby the aim of saving water could be reached.
The solar photovoltaic power generation system could be established to reduce the electricity consumption in municipal administrations; adopting hot water, heating and air conditioning sys-tem from solar energy as per project's characteristics; generating power by utilizing wind resources on site; adopting utilization of technology from biomass; utilizing technology of ground source heat pump, which is take the water resources as the cold, hot source of ground source heat pump, the water re-sources can be underground water, rivers &lakes water, reservoir water, seawater, urban reclaimed water, industrial tail water and underground tunnel water.

Chlorophyll-a is an important index of water quality for seawater, which can indicate the state of algae reproduction, further more it can predict the disaster of red tide by prediction model.
There are many and many emission pollutants pouring into the sea with nitrogen and phosphorus, and the sea water changes into the state of eutrophication.
In this paper, we use this modeling method to describe the complex mapping relationship between various types of physical-chemical factors and chlorophyll-a in sea water, predict the status of algae reproduction and growth in coast water.

Large and complex pipe networks for distribution of water to cities cost many millions of dollars to construct, operate, and maintain.
Particular, leaks from the pipelines can lead to considerable product losses and to the exposure of the road to water.
Ponding at the ground surface and anomalous vegetation growth can be indications of a compromised water main.
After the written of corresponding program source codes, these codes are compiled into object files through the professional compiler provided by TI company, and then connected the object files with some necessary secondary files to generate the binary files which can be executed on DSP processor.
