Introduction Due to human beings engineering activities upsurge, excessive pumping of underground water and other tectonizations like earthquakes, the geological hazards of ground fissures appear in many regions across the world, including America, China, Mexico, Australia, and Kenya, Ethiopia in Africa, etc.[1-5].Among these regions, China and America are severely affected by ground fissure hazards, not only causing direct damages to engineering buildings, such as civil buildings, lifeline systems, transportation, agriculture and water facilities, but also leading to a series of environmental problems.
The ground fissure hazards and its control measures draw more and more attention of the geological experts and engineers in China.
