Force Analysis on High-rise Building with a Transfer Story Stress Under Seismic Action Yingli Liu1, a Teliang Yan1, b Jianfei Li1, c Zhen Jiang1, d 1 College of Civil Engineering and Architecture, Hebei Polytechnic University, 063009, Tangshan.
The optimization selection of transfer structure formation for a high-rise building 1) Engineering examples The engineering construction scheme is from an engineering example, this project is a high-rise building with beam transfer story, there are twenty-four stories above ground, it is totally 76.5 high, covers an area of 1082m2, a total construction area of 170799m2. 1~3 layers are used for shopping, story height is 4.5 meters and it is Large space frame-shear wall structure.
The selection of part of the domestic super-high-rise transfer structure form Yu Lou who is from southeast university with Lian Wei who is from Chinese architectural scientific research anti-seismic engineering Count to 68 high-rise buildings as in Beijing, Tianjin, Shanghai, Nanjing and Guangzhou, Shenzhen, Zhuhai, Fuzhou, Shenyang, Xian, Huizhou, Zhaoqing.
Conclusions 1) The selection of transfer structure form should depend on the mechanical characteristics of transfer structure, the whole conversion or local conversion, etc. 2) The selection of transfer structure form should meet the national standard and local regulation where the engineering is. 3) The stress path of beam transfer high-rise structures is as possible as concise and clear, the vertical stiffness and quality have little change.

Site instruction refers to the employer site representative (or its authorized supervision, cost engineering consultant) with the responsibility of the contractor representative on the job site is involved in the construction process of the event of sign to recognize, that can be divided into three categories: firstly, sporadic projects beyond the complete contract; secondly, the contractor responsibility events; thirdly, change the original contract work.
The reason caused the claim refers to claims for the subjective reasons, mainly including the employer to provide materials and engineering equipment do not meet the requirements of the contract, the employer to provide baseline data errors result in the contractor rework or damage causes of pause, the developer, the developer of the reasons causing delays, supervision of people to take cover engineering review and the test show that the engineering quality is in conformity with the contract requirements of claims.
Caused by the contractor including contractor overdue claim compensation claims, the contractor causes termination caused by engineering defects of bearing, the contractor caused the loss of the employer.

Analysis on surrounding rock mass plastic zone of deep underground chamber based on Hoek-Brown criterion Nan Yin1, a 1School of Civil Engineering and Architecture, Anhui University of Science and Technology, Huainan, Anhui, 232001, China ayinnanaust@163.com Keywords: Hoek-Brown criterion, deep underground chamber, surrounding rock mass plastic zone.
Hoek et al. considered the rock mass disturbances, the calculation formula of the empirical constant mb, s and a were improved, as the formula (8), in order to achieve a further improvement of the generalized Hoek-Brown criterion [3-5]. ,, (3) Where D are weakening factor to consider engineering rock mass disturbance factor, value ranges from 0 to 1, related by the perturbations way and degree of engineering rock .
Engineering case calculation The following uses generalized Hoek-Brown criterion to analyze the plastic zone of deep chamber surrounding in Huainan mining area, by statistical analysis deep stress field in Huainan mining area, original rock stress field can be simplified as quasi-hydrostatic pressure field, and the original rock stress can be approximated calculated by the following formula [6], (22) Where H is the depth ,units of m.
In practical engineering, the rock mass GSI value can be improved by grouting reinforcement measures such as grouting, that is to improve the quality of rock mass.

Generally, the managing criteria are set by empirical or engineering judgment, so those criteria is obscure.
The managing criteria for cable force are usually set by empirical or engineering judgment.
These values are determined by engineering experience.
