Before going into the optimization, it is very necessary to investigate how some materials behave under the bioremediation process so that the best one can be chosen for obtaining the optimum conditions.
Materials and Methods The methods and the materials used in the accomplishment of this work were as outlined thus.
It can be observed from the results that aliphatic (the single bonded carbons) were more predominant in the soil than the other materials present indicating that aliphatic substances are more predominant in diesel oil.

During the laser ablation, the material surface originates a phase transformation from solid to vapor and the plasma is an outcome of the gas phase, which absorbs the energy directly from the laser radiation and from the reflection of the material surface.
