Abstract: In view of students’s lack of production practices in Biology Microorganism, a design and implementation scheme for Microorganism Fermentation professionals’ Production practices is developed by using the 3DSMax modeling techniques, Flash and ActionScript 3.0.
Considering students’ lack of social practice[1], it is very imperative to apply practice platform of information technology for the students to imitate and virtual microorganism fermentation.This platform combines cognitive apprenticeship, the core technology of the traditional apprenticeship method, with school education in order to solve the lacking of situational teaching in school education and cultivate students' cognitive skills, namely a teaching practice mode to train the ability of professional thinking , problem solving and the ability to handle complex tasks.
In teaching activities, we should put abstract and theoretical knowledge in the books (real or virtual) into practice, combine academic development and professional education so as to make students master, understand and innovate professional knowledge of microbial fermentation engineering in the process of "doing".
