At the same time, there exist many uncertain factors in structural engineering, so the statistical property of random parameters for the system including material characteristics and practical dimensions of the structure as well as loads will be changed.
The results meet the engineering requirements.
The reliability parameter of fracture is 3.9 with two methods, while the reliability parameter of deflection control is 4.1 and 4.2 respectively with the two methods, and the reliability parameters are larger than normal building engineering requirement and close to the indexes of normal railway bridge at present.

Theoretical Research of the Drawn-body Moving Law Since 1990s, the random medium theory has been applied in mining engineering[8,9,10,11], and the drawn-body moving laws in infinite boundary condition, end wall boundary condition and inclined boundary condition respectively have been obtained by establishing mathematical models and combining with physical simulation experiments[8].

Question 2: Is digital forensics is science, engineering or technology?
The definition of forensics is "The use of science and technology to investigate and establish facts in criminal or civil courts of law" (American Heritage Dictionary of the English Language, 2000).
Regarding the question 2), we prefer the concept of digital forensics should stress it is not only engineering, but also sciences and technology.
There exist three domains: legal issues, technologies, and engineering.

Introduction After Kiev Architecture and Civil Engineering Institute in the Ukraine successfully researched concrete of slag-alkali in 1957, the scholars have put a high value on the properties of its high early strength, super high strength and excellent durability.
That how to make use of the properties of high early strength, and super high strength of this material excites the activity of fly ash and makes up a kind of the cement which is high strength, early strength and little cost is a research with the important theory research meaning and the great engineering meaning.
Considering the engineering property in Shenyang Heat and Power Plant, the cement properties of slag-alkali higher calsium fly ash were tested and evaluated, by the four factor mixture ratio design with the quadratic orthogonal regression design, the regularity of different mixture ratios affecting the intensity of this material was discussed.
(1) In the plan for the four-factor quadratic orthogonal regression design, the factors are the ratio factors which are often used in engineering and have clearly physical meaning and the analysis evaluation.
It is more convenient to analysis and evaluate and it is easier of engineering control.
