The reduction speed of corrosion rate of 2# RE weathering steel is the most rapid, indicating generating speed of its protective rust layer is the most rapid.
The reduction speed of corrosion rate of 3# weathering steel with 0.016% rare earth is the lowest, and its corrosion rate reaches maximum value among three RE weathering steels after corroded 240h.
From the impedance datum of the tested steels, it is found that concentration polarization impedance is caused by two different diffusion processes.
The fitting results are shown in Fig. 7, indicating the simulations are in good agreement with the experimental datum of the steels in the frequency range of 5×105~0.01Hz.

By means of the coring on the site in the different sections, compared with each other and analyzed the variability of data, the uniformity of the asphalt pavement can be obtained.After analyzed the relation about the causes for the moisture damage and construction quality, the results are shown in table 1.

The experimental data show the distribution function reaches balance after 60min, and the majority of organic matter in waste water reached balance after 60min.
With the reduction of the particle size, the specific surface area of organobentonite increases, the effective adsorption sites on the surface of organobentonite increases, and the removal effect of organic pollutants becomes better.
However, when the particle size of organobentonite becomes smaller, the removal effect of organic pollutants becomes worse due to the specific surface reduction caused by the fact that the small bentonite particles in water are inclined to hydrate into microgel particles.
With the reduction of the particle size, the specific surface area of organobentonite increases, the effective adsorption sites on the surface of organobentonite increases, and the removal effect of organic pollutants becomes better.

Hence, it is a clear sign of further reduction of CdTe absorber layer thickness from 1 μm to 0.6 μm with BSF is possible as proved in this analysis.

Further investigations confirmed that nature of the surface scale varies with respect to the changes of rolling temperature, reduction and cooling conditions.
