Minimized weight due to CFRPs could lead to lower consumption of raw materials especially in the automotive area.
The goal within the research project TC² is the decrease of costs and production time for composite materials.
As shown in Figure 6 NCF materials behave different.

Introduction Ammonium polyphosphate (APP) is an effective materials as intumescent flame retardant, it is a well known component of halogen-free flame retardant [1-4].
Experimental Methods Materials:Diammonium hydrogen phosphate (DAP) and urea were supplied by Sinopharm Chemical Reagent Co.
In this study, A certain ratio of melamine and urea are used as condensed agent, diammonium hydrogen phosphate is used as raw materials, this process is a non-P2O5 process, so the effect of temperature on crystalline forms should be studied in detail.

This can be done by using low-density materials such as the aluminium alloys having good formability.
Aluminium alloys are the ideal light-weight materials that can be used for this purpose [2].

The purpose of disassembly is to improve the value of materials recovered by manual or partly automated processes, removing hazardous substances or valuable parts from the whole parts.
Bulk recycling is designed to recover ferrous metals, non-ferrous metals, glass, plastics and composite materials.
Material recovery is typically affected by smelting and refining, and various smelting methods can be utilized to separate low value materials such as copper, aluminum and lead and high value precious metals such as gold and silver.
In ZIYA, remanufacturing products are limited to low value materials or components such as copper ingot and wire whose life could be shortened severely.
In our model, by integrating the forward logistics and reverse logistics, we can provide the raw materials and components recycled in ZIYA to the supplier or manufacturers in TEDA who can combine newer products with remanufacturing raw materials and components (i.e. a combination of newer and older parts) so as to manufacture higher value products compared to simply reassembling used parts together.
